To ensure we achieve & exceed this we monitor our network through 4 key performance indicators (KPI s): n DVSA MOT 1st time pass rate results Over the past year we have seen an average MOT first time pass rate of 95% across the Renault Trucks dealer network, an increase of 1.5% over n 24/7 Roadside breakdown service performance In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we endeavour to always have a customer s vehicle back on the road in less than 6 hours. We succeeded to do this in more than 80.3% of cases in n Telephone mystery shop & onsite audits Independent audits to monitor our telephone & onsite interaction with our customers along with site services have delivered a telephone mystery shop score of 95.7% & an onsite audit score of 91.5%. n Customer satisfaction surveys (REx) We have seen a 2 percentage point increase in our overall customer satisfaction score achieving 86% in Throughout 2015, we have been contacting you for feedback on your experiences & the quality of service on offer from the Renault Trucks dealer network. Here again, we saw an improvement in results compared to the previous year - but don t just take our word for it this is what you had to say about your experiences: I can t fault the service they are providing at the moment, it s fantastic! The service management even goes under a truck to check the problem. Without bigging them up you never worry about picking up the phone because the service guys are the most helpful. We always aim to ensure you receive the excellent service you deserve & so to deliver this, we will put as much time & effort as needed in training our dealer staff to ensure they have the skills & service to keep your vehicle on the road & earning.
