2 Aluminium Height Extensions Increase Tub Volume No Modification to tub is needed. Can be removed and replaced as needed.

3 Disc Brakes This is often an option of personal preference.

4 Hendrickson AAT25K Suspension This is our standard suspension.

5 Hendrickson AAT30K Suspension This is a heavier suspension that is used in more demanding and rougher applications.

6 Stainless Fenders Can replace our standard plastic fenders. They look great Can be ordered in either a smooth or ribbed design. * Ribbed Fenders Shown

7 Release Agent Tank Uses hydraulic Oil and is used to clean Inside of tub.

8 LED Work Lights A set of rear-facing lights that help brighten the rear of the trailer at night.

9 Flow Control Can be either a detent or a dial. Used to speed up or slow down the conveyor as the job demands.

10 Knife Gate Narrows the opening to restrict the flow of material out the rear of the trailer.

11 Compression Locks Used to lock the back door and keep it from opening during transport.

12 Asphalt Chute Attached at the rear, the asphalt chute helps to divert the asphalt further into a shuttle buggy or a spreader.

13 Trout River Spray Bar The Trout River Spray Bar is designed to carry out the same function as the release agent tank, to clean the tub.

14 Spreader Attachment Allows a controlled even flow of material at a constant width to be applied on the job.

15 Shouldering Attachment Used for roadside shouldering and washouts to increase the trailer s efficiency and versatility.

16 Salt Spreader Attachment Evenly spreads road salt across icy surfaces on the road. You are able to Control the flow of material from the cab.

17 Slinger Boom Attachment Use the slinger boom to throw material for specific job applications.

18 Air Weigh Scale A great tool to measure weight on the truck or trailer to help maximize pay load.

19 Tub Liners 1. Aggregate Liner: helps to extend the wear life of the tub. Often used in older trailers. 2. Hot Product Liner: Helps to extend life of tub and helps keep asphalt up to temperature. Both liners are available in ¼ and 3/8 varieties.

20 Hydraulic Produce Door Specific for controlling the release of agricultural produce.

21 Release Agent Hose Reel Is an addition to the Release Agent Tank. It keeps the wand from getting tangled and dragging. * Separate option from Release Agent Tank.

22 Mirrored Stainless Package A cosmetic package that replaces the Standard aluminium panels with mirrored finish panels.

23 Tire Auto-Inflation Package Reduce tire wear and set the ideal tire pressure for your trailer that will constantly remain inflated.

24 Tub Vibrator Sometimes used when hauling a sticky material that requires some extra help getting to the conveyor to unload.

25 The Trout River Rear Lift Live Bottom The Trout River rear lift life bottom is ideal for loading products directly into hoppers, as seen in the picture.

26 Grain Chute Used to control the flow of material into an auger system or grate. Available in either aluminium or Vinyl * Aluminium Chute Shown

27 Pneumatic Grain Door Control the flow of material through this custom air controlled latch.

28 Wireless Remote Allows the wireless operation of the Shuttle Floor Trailer. Operate the trailer from inside or outside the cab.

29 Cat Walk Normally at the front of the trailer, the cat walk allows the operator to oversee the loading or unloading of the trailer.

30 Double Barn Doors Used when overhead restrictions are impeding the lift of the standard rear door.
