14 Optional Features All models Standards & Compliance Simpro machines can be specified to meet international standards for machinery safety, including ISO and AS/NZS 4024 Cat3/ Cat4/Pld/Ple. This may involve additional features such as a programmable control unit, E-stop buttons and uprated circuitry. All battery-powered machines Solar Power Machines that are to be used outdoors can be fitted with a solar panel. Depending on the amount of sunlight available, up to five tonnes of waste can be emptied each day using solar power alone. Dumpmaster / MegaDumper Bin Hook Kit The bin hook kit can be quickly attached to most models, and secures the machine in place against a skip or hopper. Several different versions are available, to suit different bins. The unit can be simply mounted at any height, without fastenings. Dumpmaster / MegaDumper Custom Door Options All machines with cage guarding can be supplied with a left-hinge door, right-hinge door, swing-up door or roller door. The swing-up door and roller door take up little space, but are more complex and may require additional maintenance. Multi-Tip / Dumpmaster / MegaDumper Tipping Chute Frame-mounted tipping chutes are available for operation where the machine cannot be placed right against the skip or hopper. The chutes are easily attached, and can be folded up out of the way when not in use. Note that the tipping height generally needs to be increased to allow for the slope of the chute.

An operator guard panel (splash shield) can also be fitted adjacent to the controls, to protect the operator when tipping liquids. Mains machines only Auto-Cycle Operation An auto-cycle controller may be fitted to mains-powered machines, allowing the operator to move away while tipping. A full-authority digital control unit is also available, allowing complex programmable behaviours or interaction with other equipment. All models Customised Controls Operator controls can be fitted anywhere on the machine, on a pendant control, or even in remote locations, to suit productivity or safety requirements. Dual-hand controls can also be fitted, which prevent the operator from carrying out other interactions while using the machine.
