3 The Mobile Crane Branch Company is one of the most important business divisions of Zoomlion, which enjoys high reputation in its technology, brand and management in class. It combines research, development, manufacturing and test as a whole and covers three industrial parks -- QuanTang industrial park, GuanXi industrial park and LuGu industrial park. 4 Main boom 70 6-section, 70 m long telescopic boom, telescoping by single-stage telescoping cylinder with hydraulic interlocking device;telescopic sections made of imported high strength steel. 5 Y-shaped telescopic boom guying system Y The Y-shaped telescopic boom guying system can tension the boom via stay ropes to form a stable Y-frame, thus decreases boom deflection and increases lifting capacity with long and intermediate booms; Several new technologies adopted: superlift ratchet wheel detection, accumulator cylinder detection, closed oil circuit for luffing winch and pressure memory & pressure comparison etc. Multiple safety protections / Safety devices and technologies applied: overload protection system, hoisting / lowering limit switch, technology of supplying hydraulic oil to the winches before secondary winch operation after crane shutdown, field-proven relief valves, automatic slewing table aligning control technology and slewing table mechanical securing device; mechanical securing device for operator s cab swiveling mechanism and mechanically, electrically and hydraulically controlled luffing jib tilting-back support technology, etc.
