Unique design which allows conversion between a water tank and a service module Internal compartments and baffling has a unique design which reduces swash and improves stability Significant safety features have been incorporated including side only dispensing for the operator of the module Applies industry recognised pumps, valves, filters and hosing in a uniform approach to minimise maintenance cost Designed by experienced operators and maintenance staff to maximise efficient and safe operation and maintenance of the module

3 Who are Gecko Tanks? Gecko Tanks is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Plant Maintenance. Gecko Tanks manufacturing facility is based in Welshpool at 104 Poole Street and specialises in the design, fabrication, assembly, testing, commissioning and support of the Gecko product. Parent company Alpha Plant Maintenance has a workshop facility at 322 Treasure Road Welshpool and specialises in the refurbishment, repair, sale, sandblast and painting of mining equipment. The Alpha Plant Maintenance group employs 35 people including trades and staff Both workshop facilities boast a safe, friendly, skilful work environment in which shelter, forklifts, work platforms, over head and mobile cranes are available. They are in close proximity to one another allowing efficient and speedy sharing of resources.

4 Mission Statement The Gecko tank concept was derived from many years experience working within the heart of the mining industry. Experience, along with a degree of lateral thinking allowed Owner, Director and Founder Domenic Caroleo to transform his desktop design into reality -a process which has taken 2 years. Technical and design participation from an industry educated and knowledgeable Gecko workforce helps further enhance the quality of the end product. The Gecko tank, although not new in terms of its purpose, is by far the most innovative tank design on the market offering flexibility and great quality at a competitive price. We are extremely proud of and confident in the Gecko product to the extent that no expense has been spared in protecting the design concept which now has a patent pending. It is also important to note that Gecko is supportive of locally based companies. All materials, parts, labour and specialised fabrication services are sourced and supplied here in Western Australia. Currently 7% of the Alpha workforce is indigenous. Alpha s intention based on successful growth will be to increase this figure to 15% by Our commitment will always be for us to sustain a minimum based on the current level of 7%.

6 Key Safety Features Balanced weight distribution throughout tank Weight distribution does not exceed Caterpillar guidelines as a percentage of weight over front and rear axle Internal compartments and baffling have been designed and positioned to significantly reduce internal swash, providing stability for safe operation Reversing camera for maintaining rear visual at all times Internal baffling is strategically placed to allow freedom and safe movement between compartment whilst under construction and future maintenance Foot holes are provided in bottom baffles along with handrails on the walls of the compartments to allow 3 point contact while under construction and future maintenance Either full handrail and kick board option or alternately a lanyard system is used to provide fall arrest at the top of the tank. This is at the Clients discretion

7 Key Safety Features Roller doors and light weight aluminium inspection covers have been used to limit possible crush, spinal and soft tissue injuries Fall arrest pins and spigot locating dowels have been used on the service module to assist with the alignment for ease of fitment and capture the module in the unlikely event that the mounting bolts may come loose or fracture during operation Service module cabinet open door alarm in operator station Operator unable to engage PTO without park brake being applied Operator station alarm and PTO neutraliser for open cab door (must apply park brake) 4 x Certified lifting lugs on tank

Calibration of all dispensing and measuring systems take place prior to delivery by a qualified & certified agent ensuring accuracy and compliance. All welds undergo rigorous testing in line with Australian standards. Full operational checks are performed prior to delivery. Delivery schedules are provided at regular intervals to the Client during construction. Advantages: Gecko s unique design allows the tank shell to be supplied as either a service module (by simply adding the service cabinet) or a water cart (by adding the water pump module). As a service module the cabinet can be removed, allowing hoist up operation for easy access to the transmission and other components that may require replacement from time to time Uniformity of hose length and size used throughout the module translates into cheaper and easier maintenance

OEM parts and product warranty for parts and product supplied by external distributors, i.e. pumps, valves, etc. On site commissioning and operator training is provided by a Gecko technician. Two complete sets of service, operator and parts manuals will be provided.
