15 RECENT COMPLETED / UNDERTAKEN PROJECT / REPAIR WORK Carried out replacement of the damaged / deformed furnace for AALBORG water tube boiler (16 bar working pressure) with coordination & under supervision of boiler maker representative Total job including all testing carried out as per class & owner requirements Re-cabling of ship s generator alternators & repair of alternator and engine side after severe fire for generator engine. Most of the engine room power supply cable, lighting cable & remote control system cable got burn due to fire. Rewiring carried for all damage power supply cable, remote control cable, alarm & fire detection system cable and lighting cables. All 3 generator engine had substantial damage due to fire engine side overhaul ed and repaired as required to make them operational. Repairing of ship side shell plating at Singapore OPL due to collusion / contact damage. Repair carried out on shipside water ballast tanks shell plating by arranging hanging staging. All tests & checks carried out in presence of class surveyor. 15
