The versatility of the pump along with multiple power options makes it the ideal pump to keep on hand for any situation. Plus, with battery power and two convenient power options, it works wherever you need it. The kit comes complete with a 12 volt 280 GPH (1060 LPH) pump, eight feet (2.4m) of lay flat hose, spray nozzle, enclosed battery, 110v ac battery charger, battery clip adapter and a vehicle power adapter. It also includes a filter for use in submersible mode or when the filter is removed, the pump can be used inline. When water enters the bilge and reaches a certain height (2-3/4 inches, 70mm), a sensor turns the pump on. After the water is pumped out, another sensor shuts the pump off. The sensor s unique field effect technology is eco-friendly because they only sense the dielectric constant of water. In the event of an onboard oil spill, straight motor oil that enters the bilge will not turn the pump on. Warranty Return Policy ITT Corporation Rule ( ITT ) warrants that at the time of shipment the product manufactured by ITT and sold hereunder ( the product ) shall be in conformity with applicable written specifications and descriptions and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year or period stated on the product packaging. The warranty will not extend to a product which becomes defective resulting from damage in the course of transportation or by storage operation use or maintenance in an environment not conforming to the instructions or specifications of ITT or if the product is altered or modified in any way. ITT s sole liability for breach of this warranty will be (at its option) to repair or replace the defective product. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an authorised ITT dealer. When it arrives to our facility, we will review the problem, determine whether it is warranty or not, estimate cost and time required to repair the product, then contact you with this information. 3. For problems covered under our one year limited warranty, repairs will be completed or a replacement product will be returned to you. 4.
