3 Description The Vacuum Unit is a standalone unit beside the actual pellet burner and boiler apparatus. The integrated PLC unit controls feeding and the electric current of the unit. Unpacking the unity Examine with care that the unit is undamaged when removing it from its parcel. Installation The Air Move 1500 is very easy to assemble and use. Look at the pictures and follow the descriptions. ( If it not comes assembled ) 1. Remove the tightening ring and lift carefully up the funnel and its integrated hatch in the bottom of the funnel. Remove all parts inside the unit. You should find: Feeding screw and motor, an assembly set containing 2 each cable shoes, 2 each pipe tightening rings and an electric cable for the motor. 2. Put the funnel back as shown in the picture. Note that the hatch in the bottom must be able to open as in the picture. Lift the upper part of the unit on top of the lower part and seal them together by using the tightening ring. Be assured that they are well fit together all around.

4 Connect as shown in the pictures! NOTE! The three lower holes must NOT be obstructed by anything or covered. The transport hose is connected in the lower connection and is locked on to the connection by using a pipe tightening ring. The exception is damages caused by lack of maintenance, incorrect handling or deficient installation. The warranty does not cover damages on persons or other property other than the sold product, not other Consequential damages or indirect occurred damages. Working costs to change components are not included in the warranty. Ulma AB provides new components at return of defective components within 3 weeks. Components sent with receiver freight will not be gotten out. Yearly service should be made and service reports should be able to be shown at possible complaint. Otherwise no warranties are valid. If the retailer has a service agreement with the customer ULMA AB covers the working costs. The retailer is liable to inform the customer this.
