2 BREAKING THE SEAL - Baking Preparations: Bake the headlight for 8 minutes at 240 degrees Fahrenheit. Step 1: Open the OEM headlight by using a flat head screw driver. Using the flat side of the screw driver break the seal around the housing trim from between the housing and the lens. Step 2: Once you have made sure that you have loosened the seal, begin prying from the bottom of the headlight with another flat head screwdriver. Step 3: After you have carefully pried the bottom portion of the headlight, you may start prying the top of the headlight. When prying the top of the headlight, be sure to run the flat side of the screwdriver flat against the lens and rear housing to avoid any cracking of both pieces. You must be very careful when separating the corner sides as well, as they are the weakest point and most prone to damage.

3 Step 4: Once you have broken and separated the seal, you should carefully remove the lens from the housing. Please be very careful when separating the lens from the housing. The example show below shows an example of the lens already separated from the housing. Please note that "Figure A" shows the new LED rings already installed Figure A Figure B *When separating the lens from the housing, please note that the highlighted yellow circle in "Figure B" displays the OEM angel eye extension. Whereas, the pen pointing into the headlight's housing in Figure A shows the general area where the angel eye extension comes from. *Please be very careful when separating the lens from the housing. The "secondary OEM angel eye ring's extension" shown in Figure B (highlighted/circled in RED) is very easily broken when separating the lens from the housing. Figure B shows the secondary extension already broken off. You can closely reference how the secondary angel eye looks like below in Figure C and D. Figure C Figure D *Figure C and D above shows the "secondary OEM angel eye ring and extension" already removed from the lens. Figure C above shows an example of how the OEM angel eye with the extension still attached. Whereas Figure D shows an example of the secondary OEM angel eye ring with the extension broken off. When removing the lens from the housing, the secondary OEM angel eye ring extension may break off.

4 OEM Headlight Angel Eye Removal Step 1: Unscrew the four screws securing the OEM angel eye and plastic trim on lens. In the case you cannot remove the OEM angel eye rings by unscrewing screws "1" and "2," you can unscrew screws "3" and "4" to temporarily remove the plastic trim and have better access to the OEM angel eye rings. The "RED" highlighted portion in Figure E below is the "Plastic Trim" we are referring to. Figure E Step 2: Once you have removed the OEM angel eyes from the headlight's lens, be sure to re-secure the plastic trim on the headlight's lens if you have already removed it. After securing the plastic trim you may move on to mix the glue needed to secure your new LED angel eye ring. *After the OEM Angel Eye has been removed, installer will need to use "A+B Epoxy 3-minutes glue" to secure the new rings on each of the chrome housing face. Step 3: Using the A+B Epoxy 3 minutes glue, carefully glue the new LED Angel Eye (shown in Figure F below, highlighted in yellow) onto each of the chrome piece. Once you have made sure the Epoxy glue has settled, you may run both LED Angel Eye wires (highlighted in red below) through the Low beam side of the back housing. Figure F

5 Step 3 (continued): Figure G and H below shows an instance of where you will be running the new LED wires. You will run both LED angel eye wires to the "low beam" portion of the headlight and plug it in the LED Driver (shown in Figure H). You will then tuck the LED Driver between the "low" and "high" beam, so that it is not against the metal projector. Figure G Figure H Final Step: Once you have made sure you have removed the OEM angel eye rings and secured the plastic trim, your lens should look something like Figure I below. You may close the lens and the headlights housing and begin to prepare the sealant to seal the headlight. Figure I

6 Lastly, you must seal the headlights in order to prevent any condensation or water leakage. To properly seal the headlights lens you must use either (1) BUTYL RUBBER GLUE and or (2) SILCON. Figure J and K below shows an example of where the Butyl Rubber Glue or Silicon needs to be "spread." The Butyl Rubber Glue or Silicon needs to be spread evenly in between the highlighted yellow lines shown in the example below. Be sure to have a thick enough layer so that the compound does not easily rub off. Figure J shows the top portion of the headlight, whereas Figure J shows the underside of the headlight.
