5 INSTALLATION NOTICE Read all safety hazards before installing or servicing the pump. Use all required personal protective equipment when working on or near pump. Inspect tube frequently for leakage, deterioration, or wear. Schedule a regular pump tube maintenance change to prevent damage to pump and/or spillage. Pump is not recommended for installation in areas where leakage can cause personal injury or property damage. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Voltage and frequency of power supply must be the same as shown on unit specification label. The AC power Motor Pump must be connected to a Grounded Power Outlet (Grounded-Fault Circuit Interrupter GFCI). DO NOT run operate pump on an un-grounded circuit. WIRING CONNECTIONS: All wiring and electrical connections must comply with local and national electrical codes. Enclosure should be either placed on a dry flat surface or mount enclosure to wall using wall mounting hardware provided. The ambient temperature should not exceed 35 C. CAUTION: Motor life will be drastically reduced if left in the stalled position for extended periods. 5

TUBING Installation NOTICE Inspect all tubing regularly and replace if any sign of deterioration occurs.

Pump can run dry without damage. FS SERIES - PUMP TUBE REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE 1.

Remove the three (3) thumb screws and pump cover from pump.

Using roller bracket tool supplied, insert new tubing into roller race and, rotate to seat tubing into

Pump can run dry without damage. FS SERIES - PUMP TUBE REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE 1. Disconnect power to the pump. 2. Disconnect the suction and discharge tubing from the pump tubing. 3. Using roller bracket tool supplied, insert new tubing into roller race and, rotate to seat tubing into pump housing. (Figure 3 & 4) 6. Replace the (3) thumb screws and pump cover removed from pump in step 2. ALWAYS pretest tubing in accordance with tubing manufacturer s specifications. Tubing that shows signs of swelling, embrittlement, or other deterioration should not be used. 7

9 WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LIMITED WARRANTY ANKO PRODUCTS warrants equipment of its manufacture and bearing its identification to be free from defects in workmanship and material. ANKO PRODUCTS liability under this warranty extends for a period of three years from date of purchase (proof of purchase required) from our factory or authorized distributor. It is limited to repairing or replacing any device or part of any device which is returned, transportation prepaid, to the factory within three years from date of purchase, and which is proven to be defective upon examination by us. ANKO PRODUCTS disclaims all liability for consequential damage of whatever nature, damage of equipment during transportation, damage, damage due to improper handling, installation, or improper operation or for determining suitability for the particular use intended by a purchaser. Replaceable parts including tubes supplied with the product are not covered by any warranties either expressed or implied. ANKO PRODUCTS, makes no warranties either express or implied, including implied warranty or merchantability, other than those stated above. No representative has authority to change or modify this warranty in any respect. Jurisdiction and venue for enforcement of this warranty may be brought only in the State of Florida. This warrant gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 10 RETURN AND REPAIR WARRANTY RETURNS To return merchandise call ANKO PRODUCTS, at for a Return Material Authorization ( RMA ), then, if applicable, Buyer may return the defective Products to ANKO PRODUCTS with all costs prepaid by Buyer. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, at the election of ANKO PRODUCTS. ANKO PRODUCTS will incur shipping costs for warranty products shipped from our factory.
