2 LIGHTWEIGHT TRUCK GLASS RACK DETAILS Our lightweight ute and pickup truck range, feature strong T6 aluminium extrusions. They come complete with a full aluminium deck with sides and tail gate. The aluminium deck and racks are supported by a galvanized steel sub frame. The all aluminium T6 extruded racks are available as a fixed height or fully adjustable. The glass is retained by external sprung glass retaining poles with non marking sliding retention blocks with optional adjustable scissor clamps. All decks come complete with upper ladder racks which are built into the racks structure. All Metalcraft lightweight glass decks feature relocated fuel fillers which allows for easy fueling when loaded with glass. The front stops act as safety deflectors as they have an angled leading edge, which can be made to different heights as required. 120mm of glass can be carried on each rack and the glass is protected by sitting on our raised rubber supported base blocks with our inserted non marking rubber.

3 3.5M x 2.2M LIGHTWEIGHT This fully open 3.5M long lightweight glass truck body features a glass carrying height capacity of 2140mm with the left hand side being fully adjustable up to 2640mm. The external load supporting ledge with raised rubber protected base blocks can support up to 120mm of load and the glass is retained by twelve external sprung glass retaining poles with non marking sliding retention blocks with optional adjustable scissor clamps. 4 3.5M x 1.95M LIGHTWEIGHT This fully open 3.5M long lightweight glass truck body features a glass carrying height capacity of 1910mm with the left hand side being fully adjustable up to 2440mm. This deck features 300mm high load sides and tail gate. The external load supporting ledge with raised rubber protected base blocks can support up to 120mm of load and the glass is retained by twelve external sprung glass retaining poles with non marking sliding retention blocks with optional adjustable scissor clamps. The glass deck has full internal and external glass carrying capacity. With open sides and rear curtains your load is delivered safe and dry to your customer. The external load supporting ledge with raised rubber protected base blocks can support up to 120mm of load and the glass is retained by ten sprung glass retaining poles with non marking sliding retention blocks with optional adjustable scissor clamps. The inside load is secured with ten secure strapping poles with self locking cams with non marking sliding retention blocks. 14 2M x 1.4M AFRAME Our flat deck mount AFrames as shown here are a prefect addition to any flat deck ute, pick up or trailer. This 2M long x 1.4M high AFrame is lightweight and holds 120mm of glass on both sides. Glass is secured by eight strapping poles with self locking cams with non marking sliding retention blocks. 15 1.7M x 1.2M AFRAME Our flat deck mount AFrames are a prefect addition to any flat deck ute, pick up or trailer. This 1.7M long x 1.2M high AFrame is lightweight and holds 120mm of glass on both sides. The glass is retained by eight Metalcraft secure strapping poles with self locking cams with non marking sliding retention blocks. Shown here is a fully lockable tool block mounted into the rack.
