2 DFSK CHINA DFSK vehicles are made in China by a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Chongqing Sokon Motor Holdings Co. Ltd. In addition to being China s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, Dongfeng also produce cars for PSA, Honda and Nissan for the Chinese domestic market. The DFSK LCVs are predominantly manufactured in Chongqing at a state of the art factory capable of producing up to 1,800 vehicles per day. Over 335,000 DFSK vehicles were manufactured in 2013.

3 DFSK LIGHT COMMERCIAL VEHICLE RANGE DFSK light commercial vehicles are a unique range of small compact working vehicles similar in style to the old minivans of the 1990s. They offer comparable volume weight and payload volume ratios, helpful loading and unloading features, car style manoeuvrability and all within a compact vehicle size that will allow easy vehicular access to all areas. DFSK have a full range of accessories available including hardtop canopies, refuse/ garden litter collection cages and protection items to fit all our vehicles. All vehicles can be fitted with beacons, chevrons and any other equipment to comply with Health & Safety requirements. With an established network of 30 dealers together with a 24 hour VOR service DFSK can offer all the back up required to support your operations. 3

4 BIG CAB PICKUP The Big Cab is a light commercial vehicle that offers flexibility and load carrying way beyond its compact size. Featuring a load bed length of 2,360mm and a width of 1,420mm the Big Cab gives you a totally flat load area of 3.35 square metres with no wheel arch intrusion. In addition the payload is a respectable 900kg. The large cab offers ample leg room and a small storage space behind both seats for tools or equipment. In addition to the Pickup, the Big Cab also comes as a tipper with a three way tipper and a dropside model offering a heavy duty alloy load bed. If you require vehicles to work off road or in any weather conditions then all Big Cab models are available with DFSK s switchable 2 and 4 wheel drive system, which also brings the benefits of high and low gearing. 4

5 LOADHOPPER SINGLE AND DOUBLE CAB PICKUP The Single Cab Pickup offers a payload of over 900kg carried within drop down sides and tail gate giving the user comprehensive access to the flat load bed. For its size this unique vehicle has a large pick up bed of 2,240mm length and 1,420mm width, not far removed from that offered by many larger and vastly more expensive pickups. The short overall length and small turning circle of 9.8m combined with it s outstanding load carrying abilities make this a truly flexible vehicle especially when fitted with DFSK s 4WD system. The Double Cab Pickup also adds seating for a crew of five together with a load capacity of over 2.3 square metres. 5

6 LOADHOPPER SINGLE AND DOUBLE CAB TIPPER The Tipper is is available in either a Single or Double Cab version. The vehicle features a tipping mechanism and load bed manufactured by Cucini, renowned Italian commercial vehicle body specialists. The Single Cab model offers a payload of 687kg while both versions have a three way tipper operation. This gives the operator the flexibility of tipping the load bed not only rearwards but also to the left and right. This tipping operation can be controlled both from within the cabin and outside using the remote hand control unit. The Tipper is available with 4WD and can be fitted with a range of bespoke tops and cages. 6

7 LOADHOPPER VAN The Van has a payload of up to 548kg with a load capacity in excess of three cubic metres giving the lowest price to load area and payload ratio of any small LCV in the UK market. To achieve this the load area features a Euro pallet friendly maximum and minimum width of 1,300 and 1,030 mm, with limited wheel arch intrusion. Loading and unloading are made easier with a low level load floor, high opening rear door and uniquely for this size of van, sliding doors on both the off and nearside of the vehicle. A full height ladder bulkhead is provided as is a load area cargo light to assist in those dark winter collections and deliveries. 7

8 LOADHOPPER WINDOW VAN AND MINI BUS The Window Van offers all the advantages of the Van with windows within the side sliding cargo doors giving you increased vision whilst loading, along with the ability to create a crew van by adding a second row of seats. Primarily designed for those wishing to transport small groups around town on congested urban streets, our seven seater Mini Bus is yet another unique vehicle from DFSK. The sliding doors on each side of the fully ambidextrous Mini Bus offer safe exit and entry regardless of which side of the road the vehicle is parked. 8

9 A FLEXIBLE RANGE DFSK are now launching a tried and tested 4WD system with switchable high/low gearing in both 2 and 4WD. For those authorities operating side by side UTVs, for a similar price DFSK can offer a road legal vehicle with a practical payload weight and volume and a proper heated cab giving full weather protection. Our vehicles have proved to be very flexible and adaptable with a variety of conversions being manufactured, such as a snowplough/gritter and cherry picker.
