This is why we also require our suppliers to meet the necessary minimum standards of environmental protection, industrial safety, health care and social welfare. 5 The SlideLine sliding door system Quality that meets all of demands. The SlideLine sliding door system is constantly monitored for quality. This also includes taking account of the varying quality standards demanded by different markets and segments. The diagrams below show examples of some of the testing processes and what they involve. Quality criteria Life cycle test over 0,000 cycles Closing test with a tensile load of kg Lift-out test with 50 N Load test in horizontal direction with 50 N With inset doors, the closing test may exert additional strain on the cabinet sides. Cabinet construction must be designed to withstand this. Life cycle test The door must withstand a defined number of opening and closing cycles at a defined velocity. 6 Feel of luxury for the living room SlideLine 55 Plus The SlideLine 55 Plus sliding door system from Hettich makes it incredibly easy for you to convert the furniture you produce to sliding doors while also adding a feel of luxury to any sliding door unit. 14 Simple system for exacting demands SlideLine 56 The SlideLine 56 sliding door system is suitable for universal application, uncomplicated in the way it works and a pleasure to use every day. Added to this, it couldn't be easier to install: The identical top and bottom panels are provided with two routed grooves that cut-to-length plastic profiles are pressed into. To hang the doors panels, the guiding lugs on the running components are inserted into the bottom profile.
