Founded in 1989 in Darmstadt (D), we have also been manufacturing and distributing screening machines for the gravel industry in Switzerland since The label Made in Switzerland and our close cooperation with renowned manufacturers guarantee the high standard of quality that distinguishes us. We rely on comprehensive and flexible services: from individual consulting and planning, through design and manufacturing to optimization, service and maintenance of the sieve technical systems. We include the entire production process, analysis of the environment and also provide other corresponding parts for the installation, such as steel and sheet metal processing. 3 Ellipse Screening Machines The innovation for maximum screening performance A mature ellipse technology makes even more out of raw materials. Simatec ellipses screening machines are distinguished primarily by their high screening efficiency. Their applications can be found in both wet as well as dry sieving. Preferably the mesh cuts are in the fine or medium grain segment. 4 Linear Screening Machines Efficient post washing and drainage Simatec linear screening machines are primarily used in post-washing and drainage processes. In addition to classical drainage of the product, our machines are utilised as single-deck vibrating screens with increasing cover and rear wall drainage fields. Optional side windows as a drainage dewatering stage are also available. An efficient sprinkler is installed as an additional post-wash after a first washing stage. Two-deck screening machines are found in the gravel or mixed sand and gravel drainage, whereby the upper deck is used as a protective cover or coarse-grained classification. 5 Circuit Oscillator The classic for dry and wet sieving Simatec circuit oscillators are widely used as pre-separators or discharge screens at the beginning of the engineering integrated process. The angled circular movement gives the material the necessary impuls to reduce the risk of clogged particles. Simatec circular vibrators are, however, also found in classical screening for classifying medium or coarse solids in sizes up to 150 mm. They are mostly used in dry sieving but can also be found sporadically in wetsieving. The optimum angle of the screen, which is indispensable for transporting the material, is 10 to 20.
