1 Tecalemit 4 Post Lift & Scissor Lift (ATL) Tecalemit is the UK s longest established supplier of MOT/ATL testing equipment. The ATL lift range includes both scissor and four post options for both Class IV and Class VII testing. There are various capacity options available and all are supplied complete with flush fitting radius turning plates and hydraulically operated wheel play detectors. All the four post lifts have the option of being or flush fitted into a floor recess.

The lift platforms, cross members and columns are manufactured from top grade materials to ensure longevity and performance without deflection and distortion - often the case with low cost equipment from outside the EC. The Quadra SF 9254 Class IV ATL /OPTL lift conforms to EN 1493 and CE requirements for lifting equipment. The flush fitting bearing mounted rear wheel slip plates allow for adjustments to geometry settings to be made and re-measured without the need to set the vehicle between measurements. Through the precision design and engineering of the lift the rear slip plates allow the lift to retain its 5.0t lifting capacity and also maintain a platform upon which precision geometry measurement can be carried out in addition to fully conforming with VOSA Class IV & VII testing specifications. It is comprised of 2 hydraulically operated wheel play detector plates which are installed into the lift platforms. The left hand plate generates a turning movement and the right hand plate a lateral movement. The hydraulic power pack on the MOT/ATL 4 post lift is mounted on the lift motor post and on the MOT/ATL Scissor lifts is housed in a standalone control box. The play detectors are operated via controls incorporated into a heavy duty hand lamp.
