Important: Please read each step of these instructions carefully prior to commencing installation! Place these instructions in the vehicle s glovebox after installation is complete! Important: Do not use this product in any other motor vehicle for which it is not designed. Do not use any other mounting location/method other than described in this instruction. It is advisable to seek assistance of another person when installing this product. Do not repair or modify the Nudge Bar and/or its mounting bracket in any way. Repair or modification may effect proper operation of the airbag resulting in serious injury. Do not remove the label from the Nudge Bar. 3 . Remove the Number Plate Remove the number plate from the vehicle. Figure. Remove the Number Plate 2. Remove the Bumper Centre Screw Flat Bladed Screwdriver Using the flat bladed screwdriver, carefully lever out the round cap, covering the bumper centre screw. Remove the screw using the phillips screwdriver. Figure 2. Remove the Bumper Centre Screw 3. Detach the Radiator Shroud Top Egde 3mm Socket/Spanner Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the 4 plastic scrivets. Use a 3mm socket or spanner to remove the 2 bolts, as shown. Figure 3. Detach the Bumper Ends Remove the plastic scrivets retaining each end of the front bumper, as shown Figure 5. Detach the Bumper Ends 6. Remove the Front Bumper Firmly pull each end of the bumper away from the vehicle, to disengage the plastic clips retaining it. Once each end is free, carefully remove the bumper from the front of the vehicle. Figure 6. Remove the Front Bumper SK63B Page 4 of 6

7. Unplug the Foglamps For those vehicles with front foglamps, you will also need to

Remove the Bumper Beam 3mm Socket Remove the bumper beam from the front of the vehicle, using a 3mm socket. Figure 8. Remove the Bumper Beam 9. Fit the Mounting Brackets 3mm Socket Fit the Mounting Brackets, then replace the bumper beam, using the original bolts removed in step #8. Figure 9. Fit the Mounting Brackets SK63B Page 5 of 6

6 0. Re-fit the Front Bumper Re-fit the front bumper, repeating steps #2 to #7, in reverse. Figure 0. Re-fit the Front Bumper. Fit the Nudge Bar 6mm Socket/Spanner 7mm Spanner/Spanner Using the M0x40mm Hex Bolts, M0 Washers, and M0 Nylock Nuts, fit the Nudge Bar to the Mounting Brackets, ensuring adequate clearance between the tube ends and the bumper. Align to the desired position, and fully tighten. Figure. Fit the Nudge Bar 2. Fit the Number Plate to the Nudge Bar 4mm Hex Driver 0mm Spanner/Spanner Using the M6 Screws, and M6 Nylock Nuts, fit the number plate to the moutning tab on the Nudge Bar cross-tube. *** END *** Figure 2.
