3 T400 series LOADERS The loader dedicated to intensive works A locking indicator visible from the cab AND from outside T400 series loaders have the FITLOCK2+ System as standard; this offers instant hitching and unhitching of the loader jib on and off the tractor. There is no room for confusion : once in the green zone, the loader is locked. In the red zone, the loader is unlocked. This permanent information on the loader locking status brings comfort and safety to the user. A wide range of versatile and durable loaders U300 series LOADERS The U300 series is the third generation of loaders with and without parallelograms, and meets all reliability and performance standards required for everyday tasks. These versatile new loaders are designed for users who need a simple and hardwearing handling tool. Hydraulic block: loader protected in forward and reverse gear The dumping rams are linked to a double pressure limiter, also known as an anti-impact valve. This new system guarantees the complete protection of the loader in forward and reverse gear (scraping). Double pressure limiter (anti-impact valves) Pivot pins for improved durability The loader pivots are now fitted with anti-rotation flat face pins, a well proven technique. Shock resistant «Sursulf» wear bushes are used on the front pivot points. forward gear PCH System patented option Self-leveling by hydraulic compensation The bucket angle is automatically retained by two hydraulic compensating rams, perfectly integrated and permanently linked with the crowd rams. Adaptive leveling Compensation rams with 2 positions to adapt the implement angle to the work being done. Twin lock mechanism Locking of the loader is fully automatic, unlocking is by a convieniently positioned lever. Now you just have to disconnect the MACH System and to lower the parking stands. 5 CONTROL SYSTEMS FRONT LINKAGES Double acting with maintained float position All MX control systems have double acting with a detent float position. They are designed to adjust to all types of hydraulic circuits on tractors currently available on the market. Combined multi-function movements become instinctive no matter what control system you choose. This is why, MX have developped a complete range of front linkages with 7 different models. Each one offers the best performance in line with the tractor category & horse-power. Cast-iron bottom frame It consists of a single compact piece to give outstanding resistance. It is unique on the market. A 2d adjustment position provides an extra 100 mm further height. High position Low position Front mounting board To hitch some specific front equipment (road maintenance or snow clearing - standard EN ) An advanced electronic control system that uses stepper motor technology specifically developed by MX for increased accuracy. 3rd and 4th functions wiring, ACS System *, «bucket shake», flow restrictor for 3rd function and dumping are fitted standard with TECHPILOT. *ACS - Automatic return to pre-set position, see page 7. Unique to the market this is a popular upgrade. This system uses a low pressure hydraulic control lever that offers smooth, progressive and accurate control, and reduces operator fatigue. With no wearing parts it is maintenance free. Connection to the original tractor control valves MX loaders can be connected to the tractors original control valves, either mechanical or electronic. MULTI-ARM System : Multiposition adjustable monolever support NEW As control has to be comfortable in all circumstances, MX has developed the MULTI-ARM System, multiposition adjustable monolever support, the perfect complement to the ergonomic handle. Perfectly adapted to the cab space, the MX monolever support can be adjusted in three dimensions and enables six different movements: depth, height, front-rear angle, right-left angle, right-left rotation and wrist rotation. Note that the MULTI-ARM System forms a rigid assembly that moves with the seat. Its single premounted support, for fixing with two indexed handles to the armrest base, enables fast, simplified mounting by the dealer. Compatible with the TECHPILOT, the FLEXPILOT System and the PROPILOT System on T400 and U300 series loaders following tractor recommendations (see recommendation 248). A simple control system operated by conventional mechanical cables. Cost effective and basic. ECOPILOT Similar to the PROPILOT System (same joystick). All invoices not paid within the time limit will accumulate interest at the ECB s refinancing rate + 10 points, in accordance with the provisions of article L441-6 of the Commercial Code. In the event of recovery via legal proceedings, the sums owed shall be increased by 10% in order to cover the costs of the recovery procedure. In accordance with Articles L441-6 c. com and D c. com, any delay in payment shall ipso jure and without the necessity of a reminder, in addition to the aforementioned late penalty fees, result in the debtor having to pay a fixed charge of 40 for debt collection costs. Our recovered bills of exchange are presented directly upon receipt. No discount shall be granted for early payment RETENTION OF PROPERTY The products sold remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the sum owed and, in accordance with provisions of article L of the Commercial Code, even in the event of the commencement of insolvency or legal liquidation proceedings. The Buyer pledges to bring this clause on the retention of property to the attention of its clients. The above provisions to not affect the transfer, which shall take place at the point of delivery or removal of the equipment from our warehouses, of risks of loss or deterioration of those products subject to the retention of property, as well as any damages they may cause. Consequently, the Buyer pledges to immediately take out insurance covering them, in particular, against risks of loss, theft or destruction of products. In the event of non-payment, be it total or partial, within any of the time limits set or in the event of the violation of this clause, the Buyer expressly permits the Seller to recover the products in stock or wherever they may be. These products shall be deemed to regard the invoices which have not been paid to our company. The restitution of unpaid products and material belonging to the company shall be carried out at the expense and risks of the Buyer within a maximum time period of 8 days, counting from the date of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt regarding the aforementioned circumstances, without affecting any damages and interest that our company may legally claim. WARRANTY Our equipment carries a warranty of one year from the date of invoice against all manufacturing deficiencies. This warranty is limited to the replacement of those parts acknowledged as being defective. This warranty is subject to the free-of-charge shipment return of defective parts which must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery receipt of the new replacement parts, the type and serial number of the equipment. Postage due returns of parts or equipment will not be accepted. This warranty does not apply to deterioration caused by unforeseen circumstances or a force majeure, poor maintenance or incorrect usage by the end user. Any suspension in the use of equipment due to the activation of the warranty, for any reason whatsoever, can in no case be grounds for a compensation or damages claim against the Seller. Any visit from a technician of the company on the request of the Buyer for reasons not covered by the warranty will be at the expense of the Buyer. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW Litigation of any kind as well as any claim regarding the formation, execution or interpretation of the order or of these general conditions of sale shall be subject to the exclusive competence of those Courts under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Rennes. This clause shall be applied even in the case of referral, incidental claim, multiple defendants or activation of warranty without any contrary clauses which may feature in general conditions of sale preventing this application. French law is the law applicable to these general conditions of sale which, as stated above, prevail over any general conditions of sale which may contain contrary provisions.
