3 STEP 1 Remove plastic clips to take off radiator cover. STEP 2 Remove screws from flares. STEP 3 Remove grille. STEP 4 Remove bumper and disconnect fog lights. Page 3 of 14

4 STEP 5 Remove crash box. STEP 6 Remove bash plate. STEP 7 Secure brackets as shown, using 40x10MM bolts, internal tooth washers and flat washers. Page 4 of 14

5 STEP 8 Remove headlights. Page 5 of 14

6 STEP 9 Connect the indicator wiring kit into the wiring harness (from headlights) using wire taps or solder. Once completed, reinstall headlights. Page 6 of 14

STEP 13 NOTE: For safety reasons, this is a twoperson job.

Secure the bullbar in place and loosely position the bolts ready

The wings of the bullbar should follow the body line of the

7 STEP 10 Re-install bash plate. STEP 11 Place the rubber plates on the bullbar mounting points. STEP 13 NOTE: For safety reasons, this is a twoperson job. Place the bullbar onto the brackets. Secure the bullbar in place and loosely position the bolts ready to align and tighten. The wings of the bullbar should follow the body line of the vehicle. HANDY TIP: Tightening the bottom bolts move the wing of the bullbar upwards. Tightening the top bolts moves the wing downwards. MAKE SURE THE BOLTS ARE TIGHT! Page 7 of 14

STEP 14 Using masking tape, run a line across the wheel flares in line

STEP 15 Cutting the Bumper Once the bullbar is fitted to the vehicle,

Measure from the tip of the wheel arch to the top of the bullbar and

8 STEP 14 Using masking tape, run a line across the wheel flares in line with the top of the bullbar channel and cut the flares. STEP 15 Cutting the Bumper Once the bullbar is fitted to the vehicle, measurements can be taken from points on the vehicle to mark the bumper for cutting. Measure several points from the vehicle to the top of the bullbar. I.e. Measure from the tip of the wheel arch to the top of the bullbar and from the inner, lower tip of the headlight to the top of the bullbar. Take these measurements on each side of the vehicle and add 10mm on each. Page 8 of 14

9 STEP 15 CONTINUED Mark a point on the bumper for each measurement at each corresponding location on the bumper. Once the measurements have been marked, run masking tape along the bumper to align each mark and cut along the line with a jigsaw or similar tool. Marking the bumper. Page 9 of 14

10 Remove the fog light covers & fog lights prior to cutting the bumper. Several points across the marked cutting area may have metal and will require a grinder. Page 10 of 14

11 Trim the bumper with a linisher and check that it is even when fitted to the car. Page 11 of 14

12 Mark out a line on the bumper 20mm above the bullbar. Trim the bumper to the line to allow a 20mm gap between the bumper and bullbar. Remove any metal clips before trimming. Run a knife along the trimmed edge of the bumper to smooth out edge. Install the bumper rubber on to the cut edge of the bumper and place bumper onto the vehicle. Ensure that there is enough length on the bumper rubber to place over the wheel flares when installing it on the vehicle. The flare may need to be trimmed again to align with the bumper. STEP 16 Connect the 25x25 RHS stabiliser rod between the

STEP 17 The front mudguard will need to be trimmed to sit

STEP 17 The front mudguard will need to be trimmed to sit in behind the bullbar. STEP 18 Reinstall grille, radiator cover etc. and install number plate. Page 13 of 14
