2 Who is Country Clipper? Country Clipper is a division of Shivvers Manufacturing, Inc. Shivvers Manufacturing was started by an Iowa farmer, Charles Shivvers, in 1967 after he developed the grain industry s first very accurate and efficient grain drying system. Shivvers continues to develop and produce efficient, computer-controlled counter-flow grain drying equipment for grain producers across North America. The Beginning The Country Clipper Division was launched in 1984 when Shivvers Manufacturing diversified the company s product offering to match customer cupport with the seasonality of product use. At that time, Shivvers became one of 8 manufactures of ZTR mowers in the United States. Many of the original Country Clipper units are still being used today. In the beginning, Country Clipper developed and produced zero turn mowers for Snapper, Dixon, Bush Hog, and Yazoo. In the mid 1990 s, Country Clipper ended production for other companies and focused on the nationwide branding of the Country Clipper zero turn mower. The Country Clipper Engineering Team developed the Joystick Steering Control in 1989 as an alternative to the traditional twin lever controls seen on most zero turn mowers. This unique control allowed users to control their mower with only one hand, leaving the other free to move low hanging limbs or enjoy their favorite beverage. Early Joystick Model

3 Stand-Up Deck Another unique feature of the Country Clipper Zero Turn Mower is the Stand-Up Deck with Quick Release System (QRS). This feature was developed to provide end users with quick, easy access to the underside of the deck for routine maintenance. Country Clipper designs, builds and markets zero turn mowers and accessories for lawn care professionals and the residential or estate homeowner with unique features and durable construction. Country Clipper Mowers are distributed through a network of independent dealers throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Today, Shivvers remains family owned and operated. Shivvers employs approximately 150 associates from around the region. Shivvers Mfg. is located in Corydon, IA, 80 miles southeast of Des Moines, and features over 120,000 square feet of manufacturing, office, and warehouse space on a 20 acre campus.

Durability Country Clipper decks are built tough with welded steel composition and steel plate lamination at stress points providing extra strength where required for demanding mowing conditions. For added durability, there is a bullnose leading edge to protect the front edge of the deck from obstructions. Country Clipper s anti-scalp wheels are placed with dual mounts to increase durability. Performance Country Clipper decks are engineered to process and disperse grass efficiently and productively with extremely fast blade tip speeds; up to 19,000 fpm. 10 Country Clipper Residential Wrangler The Wrangler has been designed to give you a compact machine for fast efficient mowing. Equipped with a 20 HP Kohler or 21.5 HP Kawasaki engine, it provides plenty of power and torque whether you are discharging or using the optional mulch kit or grass bagger. The Wrangler can travel at speeds up to 7.5 mph is available with 41, 48, and 52 cutting widths. This allows you to mow up to 4 acres per hour.
