3 VFR1200X Crosstourer Explore in comfort and style. There s a whole world out there. And with the Honda VFR1200X Crosstourer you can explore it in comfort and style. With a range of features, even the longest of journeys will feel effortless. The spoked wheels add style, but also absorb shocks from rough road surfaces. The advanced suspension system with rigid 43mm upside down telescopic fork offers control, precise steering and stability. The machine also comes equipped with selectable Torque Control System (HSTC) which increases the reassurance the rider has on low friction riding surfaces. The optional Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) makes light work of long tours or city traffic offering a choice of 2 automatic modes as well as manual shifting. The S mode now features 3 levels for sportier riding. Candy Prominence Red The VFR1200X Crosstourer s rugged body is designed for long journeys, with channels in the fairing that reduce the frontal area while ducting cool air into the radiators. The headlights and new, adjustable windscreen are also positioned further towards the middle of the machine to help centralise mass and offer greater wind protection. A Wave key design offers improved security thanks to the internal grooving and greater strength, while an indicator canceller feature provides an extra level of confidence. There is also a 12v socket positioned under the seat so you can charge your devices on the go. The VFR1200X Crosstourer is also available fully-loaded as the Highlander version, with Top Box, Panniers, Cowl Guard, Main Stand and front LED Fog Lights all fitted as standard. For the more adventurous, there s the T version - fitted with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) for when the going gets really tough. When HSTC senses an imminent loss of rear wheel traction, it seamlessly reduces torque to boost grip and avoid wheel spin. So when the road ends, the adventure can really begin. 5 CRF1000L Africa Twin Return of a legend. Almost 30 years ago, the Africa Twin conquered the Paris-Dakar Rally. This year, it s been reimagined with the same True Adventure spirit. The new Africa Twin packs an all new 4-stroke 998cc parallel twin engine. It has the muscle to take on extreme off-road environments, offers smooth comfort for long distance touring, and sprightly agility for the everyday commute. The Africa Twin s ABS stops the bike from skidding keeping you in control when you have to brake hard. If the sensors detect a wheel lock, a series of valves use a pulsating braking sequence to quickly stop the bike without losing traction. When the going gets tough, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) takes care of business. When HSTC senses an imminent loss of rear wheel traction, it seamlessly reduces torque to boost grip and avoid wheel spin. There are four levels of control to choose from, and mode selection appears on the LCD display. If you really want to let loose, individually disable ABS or HSTC with just the push of a button. The manual version of the Africa Twin has a lightweight six-speed manual gearbox that uses the same shift-cam design found on the trusty CRF250R and CRF450R and is equipped with an assist slipper clutch. There is also an optional Dual Clutch Transmission version, with different modes to match your environment, leaving you to focus on the ride. Both variants feature a large 18.8 litre fuel tank and top fuel efficiency, giving a range of up to 248 miles enough to get where you wanted (or weren t expecting) to go. 6 VFR800X Crossrunner Find your escape. The VFR800X Crossrunner sets you free from the daily grind of city life. Sharing the same chassis as the VFR800F, its pumped-up adventure-sport styling makes every ride an escape, delivering boosted torque and power from the 782cc 16-Valve 90 V4 VTEC engine. It s also equipped with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), featuring two levels of traction control plus off, and two channel ABS for added security. The VFR800X Crossrunner is lighter thanks to a redesigned Pro-Arm swingarm. The minimal front fairing and fixed beak-like cowl efficiently channel air while showing off the muscular V4 VTEC engine. It s comfortable too, with long travel front and rear suspension, 675mm wide handlebars, an upright riding position, and a seat height that adjusts to either 815mm or 835mm. Powerful front radial-mount dual-piston calipers grip twin 296mm floating discs, with Hollow Fine Die-Cast 17 inch wheels completing the purposeful look. It also features full LED lighting, self cancelling indicators, 5 stage heated grips and an LCD dash with a reverse LED backlight. The VFR800X comes with Rider Pack as standard, which includes a 31L top box and rear carrier, Akrapovic exhaust, TomTom Rider, and centre stand. The new NC750X is the adventurous model in the NC750 series; it s also one you can rely on, day in, day out - whether you re commuting in and out of town, or riding for pleasure. It s sharper looking than ever, and with some stunning new colours available, it will be hard to take your eyes off it. The 745cc parallel twin engine, with a 270o crank and twin balancer shafts, is the bike s inner strength. It delivers handfuls of linear torque and thanks to a stylish new muffler it has a satisfying exhaust note that sounds like a heartbeat. With optional Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT), there s a choice of two automatic modes: Drive and Sport. Select Drive and you just roll on and off the throttle; with both hands firmly on the handlebars it s perfect in town traffic. Out on the twisting country roads you re just a touch away from Sport mode which, depending on how you want to ride, now has three different settings. Alternatively manual gear changing can be selected using up and down switches to shift on the left handlebar. Giant Wave Blue Metallic ABS brakes as standard provide confident braking in all riding conditions and when you have to stop, the low seat height makes it easy to put both feet firmly on the ground. We ve also increased the storage space to 22 litres, that s enough for a full face crash helmet or laptop or lightweight jacket and lock. New for 2016 are the LED headlight and taillight that add class and new instruments with variable colour display. Also featured is a secure and convenient Wave ignition key. Start up the Euro 4 compliant engine and the 14 litre tank will take you up to 250 miles* before you need a fuel stop. 8 CB500X The road to discovery. The CB500X is a lighter looking urban warrior - with an adventurous soul. New colours and strong graphics add to its tough looks, providing both an exciting step up for A2 licence holders and an attractive alternative for more established riders. With an upright, tall riding position you get an excellent view of your surroundings as you pick your way through town traffic. It s even better when there s nothing in front of you but the horizon. With a strong likeness to its big brother, the VFR1200X, the aggressive looking front cowl incorporates two side lights just above a new, and brighter LED headlight; its brilliant white glow will illuminate the darkest roads. The windscreen has two positions high and low to reduce the buffeting effect when you re touring and the air-ducts are positioned precisely to maintain stability at higher speeds. The new front forks have preload settings so you can adjust your ride to suit different road surfaces. Honda Pro-Link rear suspension features preload adjustment on the rear shock; making small adjustments for your own weight, your passenger s weight and luggage couldn t be easier. As you smoothly shift up and down through the gears, the tone from the exhaust is a sound you ll never tire of. Derived from years of racing experience with the legendary CRF-R and CRF-X Motocross and Enduro bikes, the dual purpose CRF250L blends true off-road style with real world, street legal practicality.
