Photos of the car have to be in the attachment of entry form. 4.2 Number of entries and cars Maximum number of entrants: 20 Organizer will choose participants depend on historical origin and condition of the car The historical origin of the car The condition of the car Drivers history 4.3 Entry fee With the optional advertising proposed by the Organisers: CZK / 224 Without the optional advertising proposed by the Organisers: CZK / 400 Crews Insurance 100 CZK / 4 according to art should be paid with entry fee. Standard electric supply in price for 230 V CZK 500 / 20, price for 400 V CZK / 40 to art d should be paid with entry fee. 4.4 Payment of the entry fees The entry fee should be paid by a bank transfer: IBAN: CZ BIC: KOMBCZPPXXX 4.5 Entry fees will be refunded Full fee will be refunded: - to candidates whose entry has not been accepted - in case of the rally not taking place - to competitors who cancelled their entries before the final date for submitting entries 4

5 4.5.2 Part fee will be refunded: - organisers will refund 80 % of the entry fee to them who excused till start of reconnaissance - organisers will refund 50 % of the entry fee to them who excused till start of administrative check. 4.6 Regulations and conditions of particaption Event is presentation of historical cars on close track without timekeeping Only historical cars or car replication can participate. Cars have to comply with historical look and represent history of rally. Cars made after 1990 have to be original rally cars.. Car owner has to present car sporting history before testing. Participation is allowed to cars manufacture up to year Cars have to comply with law 56/2001. for operation on public roads with appropriate exceptions for historic sports car. The vehicle will be equipped with a sports car with a license valid roadworthiness At the administrative checks all crews must present the International Motor Insurance Card (green card) for their rally car valid for the Czech Republic and only then it is possible to reinsure the rally car by the organiser Current advertisement can be only 50 x 50 cm. Place above and under starting number is reserved for obligatory advertisement of the organizer Crew have to wear helmets and nonfire overall. Valid homologation is strongly recommended. 5. INSURANCE 5.1 Organiser Insurance The organiser has concluded an insurance contract No with Kooperativa, pojišťovna, a.s. This is an insurance of liability for damages inflicted on third person s property up to CZK / All crews must submit their valid green card of their vehicle on administrative check. Start without this document will not be allowed. 5.2 Crews Insurance Drivers and co-drives must have own accident insurance and can be asked to submit confirmation about insurance on administrative check. Foreign participants insurance must cover also cost for treatment in the Czech Republic The organizer commits himself to arrange liability insurance contract for damage committedd to the others by participant or by participant's car for all participants except those crews, who will support the liability long-term insurance covering damages committed at special stages. 5.3 Damage announcement Crews must announce any damage made by their vehicle on the rally track. In other case will be the competitor and crew summoned by disciplinary commission. 5.4 Exclusion from insurance cover Service, reconnaissance and other cars marked by rally plates are not cover by rally insurance 6 ADVERTISING AND IDENTIFICATION. 6.1 Compulsory advertisement Starting numbers: advertisement of Rallye Český Krumlov Front rally plate: advertisement of Rallye Český Krumlov Text of the advertisement will be sent with entry form confirmation. For other advertising article see art Starting numbers and rally plates The competitor numbers and rally plates will be presented to each of the crews by the organiser at the presentation. Any labelling (including advertisements) shall be placed on prescribed places on the car. See Appendix SR No. 4. Literal L will be before the number. 5

6 6.2.2 In the event it is found during the rally that on the car is missing: - both competitors door - numbers - the crew will be excluded. 7. TYRES 7.1 In the Czech Republic, the tread depth of the tyres fitted on car must not be less than 1.6 mm. The tyres that may be used for rally stages on tarmac) are limited to tyres marked «E», or tyres in conformity with Appendix IV of the FIA regional regulation 8. RECONNAISSANCE 8.1 Competition registration procedure During receiving of the road book each of the crews shall dictate to the organiser the factory mark and the plate of the car which the crew will use for reconnaissance. The organizer will issue the identification sign with the crew's starting number for the vehicle. The sign must be stuck in the right upper corner of the windshield and the two rear side windows of the reconnaissance vehicle during any reconnaissance. The sign must be removed from the vehicle after the expiry of the time intended for. The crew must notify the organizer in advance about any change in the announced vehicle. The crew shall receive recce car plates and recce ride sheet which must be returned on the administrative checks. 8.2 Programme Programme of the reconnaissance is in Appendix No. 2 in this SR. 8.3 Restrictions Completely serial cars as they are offered to buy for public can be used for recce. This car must have valid insurance and organizer is not responsible for this Reconnaissance is restricted in 2 passages in one single special stage. Passing in opposite way is strictly prohibited with exceptions in the road book Running of reconnaissance will be checked by officers on start and stop positions of each SS. Next checking place could be inside SS. Organizer is obliged to make spot check of observance of the traffic rules. Officers for check will be chosen by Clerk of course The crew is obliged reconnaissance observe traffic rules and constraints of the program of reconnaissance or road book. Passing in opposite way is strictly prohibited with exceptions in the road book Breaking the traffic rules during the reconnaissance and mainly exceeding the speed limits will be controlled and fined by the Czech Police according to standard procedures. That not excludes other sanctions from organizer according art of FIA Regional Rally Championship Sporting Regulations. Organizer will fine competitors up to CZK 5000 / 192 for breach other regulations of FIA Regional Rally Championship Sporting Regulations or these supplementary regulations. Breach of the rules for reconnaissance, mainly art may lead to exclude the crew from the competition. 8.4 Mentions by crews about special stages and roads: CZE: Luboš Šalát (phone: ) ENG: Martin Venuš (phone: ) DE: Karel Mach (phone ) 8.5 National or extra limits During reconnaissance on SS 1 / 7 České Budějovice, SS 2 Svince, SS 5 / 8 Kohout from Skaliny (forest road) to the finish is restricted maximum speed to 50 km/h. 8.6 GPS tracking system for reconnaissance All cars used for reconnaissance must be equipped with GPS tracking system, which is able to track the progress of the reconnaissance and following the traffic rules. Late return will be fined by 1000 CZK / 200. In case of lost or device damage crew will be fined by 2400 CZK / 96 without VAT.Person 9. ADMINISTRATIVE CHECK 9.1 Documents to be submitted complete all details in the entry form driving licences of driver and co-driver Sporting licences ASN will be recognized by all kinds of equestrian sports FAS ACCR licenses issued for foreign crews license issued by their national sporting authority. For crews who are not licensed will be drawn through the list, a daily license. car registration documents valid liability insurance of the rally car (green card of the car) - foreign crew to apply for Czech Republic on demand - personal accident insurance of the crew, including costs for respective treatment in the Czech Republic reconnaissance card 9.2 Place and time of the administrative Checks: Place: České Budějovice, exhibition area - hall Z Time: SCRUTINEERING 10.1 Place and time of the Scrutineering: Place: České Budějovice, exhibition area - hall Z Time: Scrutineering During scrutineering organizers will check whether the vehicle meets the statutory requirements for the operation of sports cars on the road, including regulations for noise limits and rules for the use of additional lights and tires. Crew present proof of vehicle registration extension (MOT, testing of) for the period - see Art Organizer will check base safety equipment of the car and crew. (Fire extinguisher, warning triangle, overalls, helmets). Will be carried out stuck Safety numbers Organizer will compare historical originality of the car. Car which is replication will be compared with historical model. see Art RUNNING OF THE RALLY 11.1 Ceremonial start will not be organized. Crews will come with their cars directly to the start Running on the track Two person will be in each crew. These two people are marked as driver and co driver. Both can drive the car Crews are obliged to drive throw all control points on the track in the right order and in the right direction and in the prescribed time. Crews are obliged to obey instruction of the control point chief and route marshals at all control points on the track Prescribed intervals between cars can be changed by organizer anytime. Information about change will be given to crews by chief of the control point. 7

8 Track of the SSs is driven without timekeeping, start to the SS by the article 11.7 is symbolic only. Finish is flying and cars have to stop at STOP position to confirm time card Start will not be allowed in case crew is late more than 10 minutes from ideal time of last car The reason for driving throw the SSs is presentation of the historical cars. Not competitive driving. Crew who will not obey instructions of these supplementary regulations will be excluded. Slide turns are strictly prohibited during the competition During the rally, each crew will be monitored on SS by GPS tracker ONI Systém. For rally will be used same device like for tracking of reconnaissance. Crew is obliged to install this device into rally car before scrutineering. For feeding GPS tracking ONI Systém must be Prepared power supply in the car (<+> cable operated by ignition system, < > cable to the frame of the car) ended by car power point (as car lighter plug). Mounting of this device means attaching the device inside the car and putting the antenna on the window of car. We are highly recommend not to attach this device close to intercom. This device will be collected back at the end of rally. If the crew will retire during the event, this device must be delivered to the organiser before departure of the crew Inform about accident By accident on open road (out of SS) keep the valid transport regulations and inform the rally control about the accident If you stop or if you have an accident, red reflex triangle have to be placed at least 50 m behind the car, also if it is out of the road. Other crews must go through this place with enhanced caution In case of an accident on SS without any injuries a green symbol OK must be shown to the next rally cars. Symbol OK have to be placed easy to see when you leave the rally car If you have an accident and medical care is needed, you must (if it is possible) to show the red symbol SOS to next rally cars Crew which sees the red symbol SOS or a seriously crashed rally car with the crew inside the car without the red symbol SOS is obliged to stop, get information and give first aid Next rally cars stops, checks the situation and informs a next radio point. The other rally cars stop as well and leave road so that emergency rally cars could pass and they unconditionally keep instructions of road and safety marshals RED flag If the red flag is displayed at a radio point, driver has to speed down immediately (till the finish of SS) and follow instructions of marshals on the road Quit or crash If you quit, inform rally control as soon as possible and give a time card to the nearest check point Safety links: Safety phone - SOS: Phone for another reports: The duty to keep all rules concerning safety, ethic and written in sport rules supplementary regulations is reminded to all crews Start to special stage Start into SS is only symbolical. Crew will arrive to the start area with helmet and faste seatbelt. Timekeeper on the start will write into time card time of start beginning of demonstrational ride through SS. After the timekeeper give starting signal, the crew takes starts the demonstrational ride through SS. Interval between crews can be changed according to article Circuit SS Following rules are applied for SS 1 / 7 České Budějovice and SS 2 Svince: In the TC, before the circular SS starts, the time that is the beginning of the driving period to the next TC is registered to the crews' time card. The timekeeper allows entering SS approximately in one minute intervals regarding the safety of the drivers. After the timekeeper 8

9 gives starting signal, the crew takes start and passes the starting line where the flying start will be recorded. The crew must complete the prescribed track according to the road book (laps are counted by crew). After passing the flying finish of SS the crew has to slow down and reach STOP position, where it must stop. On this STOP control crews will not be informed about their stage result. Start using semaphore: If the start will be done in expected starting interval (approx. 1 minute), timekeeper will show a table with number 5 approx. 5 seconds before green light appears on a semaphore. In case of longer delay than expected, timekeeper will show the table with a sign STOP and then show again the table with number 5 approx. 5 seconds before green light appears on the semaphore. Start at the red light is prohibited! 11.8 Early arrival in the leg finish Early arrival to the leg and rally finish is permitted Early arrival to the service area is permitted 11.9 New start after retired Retired crew in each section can continue in competition in the next section. Crew must inform organizer about this Retired crew in 1 st day can continue in the 2 nd day. Crew must inform organizer about this and car have to be checked before start Time cars Crews receive time cards on the start of 1 st day and on the start of 2 nd day Service park organisation a) Opening of service area A: Date: Thursday, Time: Time: b) Only car identified as SERVICE is allowed enter service area. c) Service area regulations: - maximum speed 30 km/h - clean service area - Competitor must leave allocated place clean and without any mess. - Catering in service area: If your team or any other company would like to have a catering for their guests in service area, it must be settled with organiser before starting administrative checking. In other cases organisers can forbid this catering. Exception is food-supply for crews and mechanics. With regard to waste disposal organiser can levy a charge for costs. Selling food and drinks in service area without permission of organisers is strictly forbidden. - Shows and exhibitions in service area: If any team or company would like to organise shows or exhibitions for their guests in service area, they must ask organisers for permission before administrative check. All shows and exhibitions in service area without permission of organisers are strictly forbidden. d) In service area in České Budějovice is forbidden to use gas electric supply. Standard electric supply will be provided from the organizer (230/400 V). Price for 230 V is CZK 500 / 20, price for 400 V is CZK / 40. The fee must be paid at the latest during administrative checks. Each service place will be connected under supervision of organizer The reason for driving throw the SS is presentation of the historical cars. Not competitive driving. 14 APPENDIX No. 4 STARTING NUMBER AND ADVERTISEMENT L STARTING NUMBER WITH OBLIGATORY ADVERTISEMENT PROVIDED BY THE ORGANISER RALLY PLATE APPENDIX No. 5 MONITORING GPS SYSTEM ONI 5. Speed limit check during the reconnaissance During the reconnaissance, crew must folow the traffic rules of Czech republic. Breaking the rules and mainly exceeding the speed limits will be monitored by GPS systém ONI Systém. This control doesn t exclude another monitoring by Police of Czech republic including their standard penalties. GPS system ONI Systém is checking the speed of crew on-line in every time of reconnaissance. Each crew must pick up the unit of ONI Systém together with roadbook. Caution for this unit will be rally licence or 1 000,- CZK. This caution will be forwarded after finish of reconnaissance to the provider of ONI Systém for units used for normal rally. Instalation this unit for checking the speed, its connection and using during reconnaissance is mandatory for all crews for whole length of reconnaissance according to art. 3 Reconnaissance schedule. For checking the speed during reconnaissance will be used units NCL

15 It is not necessary to connect the unit to any elecrtricity in the car, unit is working on its own battery. It is also possible to put unit in the car to metal surface as there are magnets in tne unit. Not using the unit will be penalised. Every attempt of cheating, manipulation or adjustment of the unit assigned to the car for reconnaissance or any other device which will make impossible to check/save the datas will be noticed to stewards, which can give penalty up to refusing the start in rally. Decision about seriousness of the offence and its repeating is in competence of Clerk of the Course. For breaking the rules regarding speed will be given penalties according to art SPR. 6.
