2 Passion for innovation The journey from idea to finished product is long and arduous. The idea to develop a garage system for motorcycles and bicycles originated in In recent years, engineers have developed high-tech solutions to satisfy growing demands for safety, comfort and performance. Modern cycles should be appropriately protected when not in use. However, until today there has been no adequate solution between a garage and a simple tarp. The idea to develop a solution, offering the comfort and protection of a conventional garage while being flexible and space-saving, was therefore born.

3 Pursuing visions until realization From 2005 to 2011 we have developed ideas, drafted, built and tested prototypes and improved them. Once satisfied with the improvements and test results, the bikebox24 was released for production. A six figure investment was necessary for R&D and aluminium deep draw tooling.

4 The solution is high-tech plastic! After years of development and many tests, it was clear that only a high-tech plastic could meet the demands for safety, weather protection, design, care and comfort. PMMA Multilayer-Plastic has been used in automotive engineering for many years. It consists of an impact resistant modified ABS-substrate layer and a UV and scratch resistant PMMA outer layer. Senosan AM50 high-tech plastic is also used in body parts car parts like spoilers and covers pick-up or hard-tops caravan parts parts for farming machines This high-tech plastic was specifically developed for outdoor areas and withstands long term exposure to temperatures ranging from 30 C to + 70 C (- 22 F to 158 F).
