Summary of Requirements UNOPS requirements are comprised of the following lots: Lot 1: Mobile Asphalt Concrete Plant (minimum 40 tons per hour) -29 Units Lot 2: Vibratory Tandem Roller (10 Tons) - 29 Units Lot 3: Mini Excavator - 6 Units Lot 4: VNA Forklift - 4 Units Lot 5: Option 1 Wheel Loader Enclosed Cabin with Air Condition - 4 Units Lot 5: Option 2 Wheel Loader Roll over Protection System with Sunshade - 4 Units Please note the following: For lots 1 and 2, the Contract(s) should be awarded to the bidders whose bids constitute the best combination of options with respect to Price and Delivery time as described in Form C: Price Schedule Form. For Lot 5, two options have been provided. The contract will be awarded for only one option. Option 1 is the preferred option, however, if the total cost offered by the lowest responsive bidder, for option 1, for a lot, will be found to be not within the budget, UNOPS will evaluate option 2. UNOPS will finally award the contract for the option that would be within the budget and preference sequence will be from option1 to 2. Bidders are advised to bid for all options in Lot 5. If the technically-compliant lowest-priced bidder has already been awarded a contract and it is found not to have the capacity to deliver additional contract, UNOPS will award the contract to the next bidder that has the capacity. The cumulative annual sales turnover required for this ITB and the ones listed above for which a bidder has been awarded contract will be considered. B.
