To ensure that our products satisfy any demanding weather and climate conditions of every country in the world, we test our products under the temperature between high +120C and low -40C in our large-size constant temperature and humidity chamber. We are checking looseness, deflection or wrinkles for a seat caused by heat or sliding ability for seat tracks under severe cold weather. We are also performing a crash test for a seat or evaluate the water-proof quality of convertible soft tops. These strict tests show our commitment to providing safer and higher quality products to our customers all over the world.

Signed in a joint agreement for JTP (Japan Training Program) where we send our associates every year. To date we have a total of 21 personnel in Japan undergoing actual on job training under a 2 year and 1 year term for male and female respectively..
