4 WHO IS BZOOMA? Bzooma is an Importer of electric personal vehicles and distributer to a network of authorised dealers. Our current range includes electric scooters, electric motorbikes, and electric mobility scooters. Bzooma s main priority is to introduce an environmentally responsible alternative to the public s current personal transportation options. Our product line has been specifically chosen to ensure that we can meet the needs of any customer, regardless of age and location, with a clean, green and cost effective alternative to the traditional fossil fueled transport options. Each kilometer by electric bicycle instead of car or public transport leads to a reduction in carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. More bicycle trips mean approximately 70 grams less CO2 emission per kilometer cycled In line with the Bzooma policy of conservation, our premises and equipment are powered by solar electricity. At Bzooma, we offer a select range of Personal Transporters through an efficient organization with no unnecessary overheads, ensuring the customer receives cuttingedge technology at the lowest possible price. OUR TECHNOLOGY The technology that electric vehicles of all types rely on, such as computer controllers; advanced brushless motors; and lithium batteries, have benefitted greatly from development, bringing them to mainstream marketability. The motor scooters and powered bicycles are most innovative products and the technology is indeed mature. The mobility scooters are the latest designs in these products. Innovation objectives revolve around developments in battery technology. These innovations are rapid and increase in diversity. Lithium developments are very promising, and directly confront petrol alternatives already. Supply companies are encouraged to develop models that suit our market and individuals expectations. The word Yonder is a little old fashioned, like the usual client who would use these machines. The largest motor scooter has a name BOOMER deliberately designed to boost its tame image. 4

6 The city motor scooter is identical to the original and popular Vespa. The name TINO draws on the Italian heritage of that motor scooter. The business bike used for delivery of post, food, and parcels is named BUSY which is a play on the word business. The electric-bicycles are called AMSTERDAM intended to bring to mind the millions of bikes that look alike in Europe. The RAVEN is a catchy name and a way of justifying the single colour it will be stocked in. 5
