1 CITY OF CHANDLER FEE SCHEDULE 1. SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES There is hereby established as the charge for certain services provided by the City of Chandler, Oklahoma and the Chandler Municipal Authority and for certain licenses, permits, registrations and applications required by the City of Chandler, the following fees: 2. PUBLIC SERVICE AND EMERGENCY SERVICE A. Ambulance Rates: (See Section of City Code) Membership dues/annually $ Basic life support call $9.00/loaded mile Advanced life support call $9.00/loaded mile B. Fire Runs: (See Title 5, Chapter 1 of City Code) Inside City Limits No charge Outside City Limits Brush Truck /1 st hr; $100/ addt l hr Tanker /hour or part thereof Engine /hour or part thereof Rescue /hour or part thereof Minimum Fire bill C. Minimum Bonds for Traffic and Miscellaneous Offenses: 1. Traffic: (See Title 7 of City Code) Accidents, for all moving violations involving an accident, fine shall be increased 2 times, not exceeding maximum Attempting to elude or eluding an officer Careless driving Throwing away trash on streets or rights of way Throwing away destructive or injurious materials on street or highway Driving left of center, in wrong lane, or in wrong direction Driving under the influence of intoxicants/drugs Driving under suspension/revocation Driving while impaired Failure to obey official traffic control or stop sign Failure to stop for school bus displaying stop signal Failure to yield Following too closely Illegal turn, turn approach, or failure to signal intent Improper equipment Improper parking Improper passing Negligent parking No operators license/chauffeurs license or violation of restrictions Over 2,000 pounds on any axle or combination of axles, maximum

WATER AND SEWER TAP FEES Water taps: ¾ tap Disallowed 1 tap and meter tap and meter 1, Water taps larger than 2 shall include the cost of meter, connection, labor, equipment and materials to make tap. Cost of street, alley and sidewalk cuts and repairs shall be paid or done by owner or contractor. Meters and materials specified by the City. Sewer tap: % of Water/Sewer taps to be placed in water line/plant improvement fund. This is not to include material/labor cost. 4. Oak Park Cemetery Fees: (See Title 8, chapter 3 of City Code) Spaces Grave Openings* Weekdays Adult Infant Cremains Disinterment Saturdays or City Holidays Adult Infant Cremains *Note: The additional fee for grave openings on Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day is waived for the burial of veterans upon proof of military service. Disinterment Fee Contractor Required Monument setting fee *Note: On any lot sold where rock has been indicated in the past, there will be an additional fee of $ per hour for time spent for removing rock, with a one hour minimum. 9 Trails Yearly (Family) Pavilion Pavilion Day Use Hunting (By Drawing) Bow Hunt (2 weeks) (Per hunt) *Duck Hunt/Blind Permit Duck Hunt (Hunting Only) * Family Husband/wife/all children under age 16. Senior Age 62 and older or 100% disabled of any age Duck hunt permit is issued to an individual and covers one blind per season includes use of boat. Accompanying hunters must purchase a hunting only permit and possess written permission from the blind holder. C. Tilghman Park Fees: Tilghman Park RV hookup (Permission required for longer than 3 nights) Pavilion Rental Gazebo Rental D. Swimming Pool Fees: Admission Children, 6 years and under years and up 2.00 Family pass Single pass, under 6 years Single pass, 7 years and up Pool Rental (2hours) E. Golf Course: Annual Membership Dues Plus $50 per year for each additional family member A family member, as used herein, shall be as follows: 1. Spouse of the member. 2. Other persons physically residing in the member s home who have not reached their 26 th birthday 3. Biological children of the member not residing in the member s home, but who are full-time students and who have not reached their 26 th birthday. Dog and Cat License Fees: Male 5.00 Unspayed female 5.00 Neutered male 3.00 Spayed female 3.00 Duplicate for lost tag Animal Violations: Animal at Large * Failure to Register Animal Keeping a Vicious Animal *Plus costs, including license, vet charges, etc. Owners may redeem dogs prior to expiration of 72 hours. Past 72 hours, dogs or cats may be destroyed. Any person adopting a dog not redeemed by owner shall pay for license and comply with local, county and state regulations. 3. Trapped Animals: Removing trapped animal between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., weekends, and holidays 4. Claiming Excess of Sale Price: (See subsection G of City Code) Claiming excess sale amount 5.00 G. Itinerant / Solicitor Licensing Fees: Except as exempted by Ordinance (Charitable Organizations and Political Canvassing), each itinerant vendor, solicitor or peddler shall obtain a solicitor s license from the City of Chandler prior to any soliciting within the corporate limits of the city. Fees shall not be refunded for operating less than a full period to which the fee applies. One Day: One Week: One Month: One Year: L. Public Library Fees: Interlibrary loan mailing fee 1.00 each Surplus books.25 each Handling fee on lost or damaged books 5.00 Books that are lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged on a prorata scale based on the current replacement cost and the age of the book. Open Records Law Copy Fees: Copies shall be $0.25 / page for non-certified copies and $1.00 / page for certified copies Mechanical reproduction cost shall be based on the actual cost to the city, including cost of labor, materials and equipment. City Provided Bulk Dumpster Fees: Pickup load of brush only: Trailer load of brush only: Pickup load or any part thereof containing trash: Single-axle trailer load or any part thereof containing trash: Double-axle trailer load or any part thereof containing trash: More than 2-axle trailer load or any part thereof containing trash: Any pickup or trailer using sideboards shall be assessed an additional $20.00 to the fees set forth above if any portion thereof contains trash. *Only individuals who present a photo ID showing a Chandler, Oklahoma address shall be permitted to use the City-provided bulk dumpsters. 11
