23 Construction Impact Mitigation ADVANCE MITIGATION Public Notification Contract Special Provision 7.24 requires the DB Contractor to provide: 30-day notification in advance of construction in each area 14-day minimum notice for lane closures, access restrictions and other traffic impacts as construction continues, including providing new access maps per the Maintenance of Traffic Plan 7-day minimum notice and personal visit in advance of utility shut-offs and diversions Weekly construction updates by personal visit to each business, institution, or resident fronting a construction zone Emergency Notification response activation within 30 minutes
