1 Roll Out Progress Report November 2016 We promoted the app at the Vintage Faire Mall November 28 th to December 2 nd. IT was well received and we saw a minor influx of new downloads for that and the following week. We are beginning to talk about pivoting the app into a citizen engagement platform in addition to the service request vehicle that it already is. We are also talking with CSU Stanislaus about getting an intern to assist us with using the application to create more city awareness and to spark more downloads through Gamification. Utilization Since inception, we have had 3,057 downloads with 2,576 total jobs being placed into the system by 918 unique residential users, up from 2,227 total jobs placed by 818 residents last month. 2,508 of these have already been completed. (Took report on December 21 instead of typical dates from 5-7 th yielding a higher completion rate of 97.4%. May have been closer to 92% if data was pulled earlier). 2.5% are labeled received or are in progress toward resolution and.1% (typically new jobs that just came in) have been recently submitted.

2 Jobs by Department Public Works is still leading the top four in jobs by department number at 39.1%, up from 37.9% last month. CEDD follows at about 29.9% of total jobs since inception, up from 29.5% last month. The Utilities Department is next with 13.5%, down from 14.6% and PD follows at 8.0%, down from 8.3% of total jobs submitted. 7 Expansion and Opportunities We have had a total of 3,057 downloads of the application to date. 212 of these were from the month of November which is down from the 242 from October. For Apple devices, the average of active daily devices for November was 31, down from 30 last month. Over a 30 day period, we are averaging 478 active devices, up from 462 in October. These users had 1,655 sessions, down from 1,673 in October with the average daily uses of the app being 1.77, down from 1.89 last month. I am assuming we would see the similar numbers for android users, but that data is not available. Downloads Nov. Apple Device Usage Nov. Apple Device Usage Oct.
