2 Brief Intruduction The magnetic-driving product is the result of perfect combination of the advanced R & D technology of anti-corrosive pump from our company. The pump is featured with high efficiency, high stabilization,credibility, full seal, low noise and non leakage, by high anti-corrosive alloy used in flow parts, excellent hydrodynamics and the advanced magnetic-driving technology n design. Our magnetic-driving pump series contain single-stage and multi-stage centrifugal pump magnetic-driving submerge pump nad so on, which can satisfy the requirement of many working position with high standard. It is accordance with the standard API. Beside the ordinary corrosive medium, it is more suitable to transport the inflammable, explosive, severaly poisonous, high corrosive, high volatile medium or expensive medium, and work in other situation which reqire non-leakage and non-pollution seal. Applications The typical fluids that can be conveyed : acids, hydrocarbons, petrochemical, heat transfer fluids, alkalis, alcohols & glycols, menstruums, salt, halogenides and high-viscosity fluids. 3 The Principle of Magnetic-driving Pump Shroud Magnetic-out rotor Magnetic-driving parts are composed of magnetic in-rotor, magnetic out-rotor and a shroud. magnetic in rotor and medium are cut off from magnetic our rotor by a shroud. Magnetic out-rotor is driven by motor; when magnetic out-rotor runs, magnetic inrotor begin to run because of magnetic coupling characteristic. So pumps are driven by the way of non contact transmission of moments. Magnetic-driving pumps are different from other pumps with mechanical seals by replacing dynamic seals with static seals. Solve absolutely leakage problem during pumps running. Shaft Magnetic-in rotor Compared with General Seal Pump The stucture of magnetic-driving is simple. The design of special lubricant and coolant circuit guarantees satisfactory lubricant and cool-off. No cool-off, swill, quick-cool, pipe system that pumps with mechanical seals require. 4 Brief Introduction MDP series pump is single-stage, single-suction, magnetic-driving centrifugal pump, in accordance with international standard API. Its prime application is to solve the problem of conveying of inflammable, explosive severely poisonous, precious liquids and corrosion medium.
