9 Background Procurement PB16 Resource Management Decision increased and accelerated the Army contribution to the Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) Added FY16 funds for a new INSCOM company (165 personnel and 12 aircraft with ground equipment) to be fielded in FY18 Force Realignment Transferred 2nd SOCOM Gray Eagle unit (165 personnel/12 aircraft) to INSCOM with fielding in FY15 As a result of the RMD, the Army is consolidating the three existing smaller INSCOM Gray Eagle Companies into a third 165 man/12 aircraft configuration with fielding in FY16 Total of three GFMAP companies (in addition to existing SOCOM unit) 9
