It should always be installed between the compressed air tank and pressure reducing valve. In this way, impurities such as rust flaking, scale, etc. hemp fibers retained. Failure due to clogging or leaking valves on the valve seat is thus avoided. The dirt trap is therefore increasing operational safety and reliability of both devices as well as the whole system. The filter must be periodically cleaned out and screwed.
