Be advised that this Tax was incorporated in the bid price, but when invoiced this tax can be listed on the invoice as a separate line item. Contractor fees collected during the current reporting quarter up to the dates listed below should continue to be remitted to the Department of Taxation and Finance in accordance with the existing process and procedures. The last date that fees are billed and collected are listed below for each fuel type. This date coincides with the price revision date established by contract for these fuels. Fees shall be collected up to and including the June 24, 2010 date. This date coincides with the price revision date established for this contract. As of June 25, 2010 the Procurement Fee will no longer be included in the fuel prices listed on the OGS. All other terms and conditions of this award remain the same.
