The tapered tip slides easily into selected vessels with minimal force and less trauma. Superior trackability Slip-Cath s innovative design delivers superior torque control to the catheter tip, ensuring maximum trackability through tortuous anatomy. Superior visualization Cook s Beacon enhanced radiopaque tip technology ensures excellent visibility during catheter manipulation. Superior kink resistance Nylon catheter construction with stainless steel braiding from hub to tip provides maximum control and pushability, minimizing kinking in tight curves.

3 Catheter Flow Rates Flow rates shown are determined in vitro using the Cook Pressure Injector and 1% Oxilan 35 at room temperature (25 C). Increasing the temperature of the contrast medium (i.e., to 37 C) or using a less viscous contrast medium will result in an increase in flow rate. The viscosity of Oxilan 35 at room temperature (25 C) is 16.3 cp vs Renografin-76, which at room temperature (25 C) is 18.5 cp. Maximum injection pressure is 1,2 psi (82 kg/cm 2 ). Since a number of variables can produce different flow rates, the following information should be used only as a guide.
