All items must be in unopened packages and must have at least 6 months of dating. Timeframe for return is 90 days from shipment date. Merchandise returned within 90 days will receive full credit. Medicare and also private payers use C- codes to track the cost of medical devices used during a hospital outpatient procedure that is billed under the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS).
