When Jeff Baker founded Medical Technology Industries, Inc. DBA MTI, Inc., he had already worked in the healthcare field for over 26 years. His time as vice president of The HealthChair Group s DMI medical division and his long years working with PDM, The HealthChair Group s podiatry division, prepared him for his new venture as he launched MTI in Armed with the knowledge of his customers needs and desires, Baker founded MTI to make and sell high quality patient and physician oriented seating and cabinetry, along with other accessories. MTI designed its first podiatry chair the same year the company was founded, followed by a complete line of cabinetry and surgery chairs for otolaryngology. MTI s success and rapid growth led to the construction in 2005 of a technology rich 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility. The building includes green technology, including computer controlled high efficiency cooling and heating systems, low-e glass windows, central plenum ceilings, and additional wall and ceiling insulation. 4 430 MTI Model 430 Quad-Power Procedure Chair Power lift, back, tilt and foot functions The MTI 430 Series was specifically designed for medical specialties requiring superior access to the patient, such as Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, ENT and others. The 430 Series Procedure Chairs/Tables offer more flexibility than any other surgery chair on the market. They are available in three maximum widths, 24, 22, and 20 (61 cm, 56 cm, 51 cm), two different min/max height capabilities, 19/30.5 (48.3 cm/77.5 cm) and 21/37.5 (53.3 cm/95.3 cm), and in two different back styles: tapered and square. Standard features like four programmable positions, a 650 lb. patient lifting capacity, a tapered or square backrest, and three different widths make the 430 series a versatile chair. Options like different arm configurations, electrically operated lock/unlock swivel base, mobile base options, and chair mounted surgery trays can be added to the chair to further customize the chair to fit any need. Optional programmable hand control or back mounted switches provide additional controls for the user. 4

8 Mobile Treatment Cabinets The MTI MTC Series of cabinets feature European styling with appealing rounded side panel edges and molded handles, premium industrial wood components and Wilsonart Crystal color laminate outside and melamine laminated inside.
