In our state of the art 63,000 square foot facility in Clearwater, Florida, we manufacture just about everything in-house. In addition, we carry the necessary safety and quality control approvals on all of our equipment. You can be assured that you are getting the highest quality equipment available on the market today. If you want to view BOYD equipment first hand, our corporate headquarters and showrooms are available for tours and product demonstrations, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. 10 HEADRESTS/ARMS ARM SELECTIONS Models 2615, 2614, 2601, 2605 Rail Mount Accessories slide along BOYD s On Track Rail System. The Rail Mech allows front to back, up and down, and rotational positioning. Loosen the knob and position, tighten knob and you are locked into place. All Rail Mounted Accessories are universal and mount right or left. 2615, 2614 Models are equipped standard with Seat Rails. Back Rails are OPTIONAL. 2601, 2605 Models are equipped standard with Seat and Back Rails. Arms drop to the side and out of the way for patient access/egress. A firm locking action holds the arm stable during surgical procedures. 15 BOYD S COMMITMENT TO QUALITY Our team of craftsmen and technicians fabricate and assemble Boyd products to the highest of workmanship standards. Their attention to detail coupled with the products durability has distinguished Boyd as the premier Oral Surgery product for over 55 years. Boyd Industries warrants its products against component and/or workmanship defects by offering a 3 year parts and 1 year labor warranty commencing on the invoice date of the equipment. The company reserves the right to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any component or assembly deemed defective. The warranty will be voided if products are improperly maintained or installed, or altered from its original design. Products distributed by Boyd carry the original equipment manufacturer s warranty. Boyd will not be responsible for damages to product or office facilities caused by mishandling during transport and unloading. All products must be inspected upon reciept with any damage noted with carrier for filing of damage claim. TERMS & CONDITIONS List prices are FOB Clearwater, FL.
