2 CIAO FROM LAMBORGHINI Dear Partners, This month we are excited for the U.S. launch of our latest supercar, the Gallardo LP Superleggera. U.S. dealers and top customers are gathering in Las Vegas to experience this car first hand, and to learn about more exciting Lamborghini products and initiatives. We are also celebrating Lamborghini s technological achievements this month. You can read more in this newsletter about the new telemetry accessory now available to customers. One of the world s first OEM telemetry systems, it brings motorsport technology directly to Lamborghini drivers. Additionally, Lamborghini was an honored guest at the JEC conference in April, an international trade show for composite material technologies. Lamborghini continues to research new ways to integrate and improve carbon fiber in super sports cars. 5 GIRO LAMBORGHINI TAKES A TOUR OF CALIFORNIA S WINE COUNTRY Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A has announced the route for this year s exclusive Giro Lamborghini. A limited amount of spots will be offered for the August drive through some of Northern California s most breathtaking scenery - Napa Valley, the San Francisco Bay area, and ending in Monterey Bay for one of the world s most prestigious car shows. DAY ONE: GUEST ARRIVALS This year s Giro Lamborghini begins in Napa Valley, offering breathtaking views at every turn, exquisite culinary and wine pairings, scenic winding roads and luxurious accommodations. Participants will stay in private cottages at one of Napa s finest resorts, the Solage Calistoga. This Auberge Resort was recently voted one of the world s best by Travel + Leisure magazine. Guests will enjoy an outdoor welcome reception and dinner under the stars, as well as an informal discussion with the Lamborghini executive team and learn further brand insights and future product offerings. DAY TWO: NAPA VALLEY DRIVE The day s journey begins traveling through the area s picturesque wineries and lush vineyards with magnificent views of the mountain ridges en route to the famed Infineon Raceway. Participants will spend some time on the track s karting circuit, learning the techniques of kart shifting, faster racing and passing fundamentals. Lunch will include an extensive cave and winemaking tour plus a sushi-making class at Petaluma. In the evening, guests will receive a behind-the-scenes tour, wine tasting reception and private dinner in a historic vineyard Cask Room. DAY THREE: NAPA VALLEY TO MONTEREY Guests will begin the day with a two-hour drive through Napa s most scenic, sweeping curves and twisty turns to lunch near San Francisco Bay. That afternoon, the drive will go three hours south along some of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, winding to downtown Monterey on the historic Cannery Row. The final Giro cocktail reception and dinner will take place at the Monterey Bay Aquarium as guests share their Lamborghini Giro experiences and reflect on the last three days. The conclusion of the Giro coincides with the Quail, A Motorsports Gathering during Monterey Classic Car Week. Giro participants receive tickets to the event, which is already sold out. The Quail brings together the automobile elite every year in Carmel, Calif. and combines the worlds of fine food and fine automobiles. The Quail s 2010 featured themes are Featured Milestone Cars of 1934, 45 Years of the Shelby Mustang, Alfa Romeo Special Coachbuilders, Racecar Driver Carroll Shelby and Nürburgring. 6 NOTIZIE VELOCI FAST NEWS LAMBORGHINI HONORED AT PRESTIGIOUS CARBON FIBER CONFERENCE Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. was an honored guest at last month s JEC Composite Show in Paris. Lamborghini s Director of Research and Development Maurizio Reggiani gave an opening address at the conference, highlighting the brand s expertise in the development and application of carbon fiber technology. Lamborghini also had a booth at JEC displaying the latest composite material technologies and one of the most noteworthy supercars to date, the Lamborghini Reventón. JEC is the world s preeminent carbon fiber technology trade show and attracts more than 1,000 participating companies from many industries. Carbon fiber composite materials are key technologies to the future of the automotive industry, as they are extremely rigid yet very lightweight. The resulting low power-to-weight ratio helps reduce CO2 emissions and fuel consumption in vehicles, while increasing performance. Automobili Lamborghini first put carbon fiber composite materials to use in the 1980s with the Countach, and has extended it to today s Murciélago line and the all-new Gallardo LP Superleggera. Thanks to carbon fiber, the 2011 Superleggera has a reduced weight of 154 lbs and a 20.5 percent reduction in CO2 emissions, compared to the previous model. Lamborghini continues to research new carbon fiber composite material technologies in the Automobili Lamborghini Advanced Composite Structures Laboratory at the University of Washington, with aeronautics partner Boeing.

9 TELEMETRY SYSTEM BRINGS MOTORSPORTS TECHNOLOGY TO CUSTOMERS In introducing one of the world s first OEM telemetry systems, Lamborghini has once again set the bar for excellence in innovation. The new Lamborghini accessory is one of the most advanced driver information systems in the world, and offers drivers the same level of technology used by today s motorsports teams. The device is essential for Murciélago and Gallardo owners looking to take full advantage of their cars capabilities on the track. Through the use of two video cameras, an in-car microphone, a GPS sensor and the vehicle s on-board data, users can re-live their track days and scenic drives with friends and family on their home computers. This recording can also be used to apply driving technique improvements during their next on-track session. For those really looking to improve their lap times and driving skills, an advanced software analysis program is also included. Throttle, brake and steering angle data is fed into the system by the vehicle s on-board computers and displayed in a graphical format so users can compare different driving sessions and implement the techniques that work best. The telemetry accessory is available for sale from authorized Lamborghini dealers. Dealer staff will have the opportunity to participate in a workshop about this accessory option and its customer benefits at the dealer meeting in Las Vegas this month.

10 EVENTI LAMBORGHINI LAMBORGHINI EVENTS LAMBORGHINI VISITS 2010 BEIJING INTERNATIONAL AUTO SHOW Automobili Lamborghini visited the 2010 Beijing International Auto Show held from April 23 May 2. The show set the stage for the Chinese debut of the all-new Gallardo LP Superleggerra, as well as the debut of an exclusive version of the Murciélago LP SuperVeloce, available only in China. A distinctive orange and black stripe on a grey body shell sets the vehicle apart from the SuperVeloce introduced in The SuperVeloce China Limited Edition is exclusive to just ten units, specifically built for a growing population of sports car collectors. Each model will have a numeration badge with its owner s name. Lamborghini executives, including President and CEO Stephan Winkelmann, participated in the special Volkswagen AG preview night on April 22, showcasing the brand s special edition SuperVeloce to top international media and clients. Press days on April attracted media from around the globe, with trade and public days following until May 2. China is currently the world s largest auto market, and luxury automakers have seen high growth potential despite the global economic downturn. Lamborghini has aligned its growth strategy with the surge in demand, opening two new dealerships in late 2009 for a total of seven dealerships now in China - Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Xiamen and Hong Kong. During the first ten months of 2009, Lamborghini sales in China increased by 23 percent.
