2 LSI 20 Series 30A, 120V Surface Busway Components 1 IBEW union made at LSI plant in USA Specification grade heavy duty.075 (1.8mm) extruded aluminum busway 8 foot (2.4m) and 12 foot (3.7m) field cuttable lengths One circuit 30 amp or two circuit 60 amp capacity/120 volt Oversized copper busbars equivalent to #10 AWG wire used as busway conductors Separate neutral busway conductor used for each circuit Black, White, Silver, and Graphite finishes All Joiner/Feeders, Mini-Joiners, End Feeds and End Caps are injection molded of fiber reinforced Lexan All Joiner/Feeders are prewired and simply couple into busway Most Joiner/Feeder circuits can be easily field modified All Feeder contacts and busbars are plated for extra corrosion resistance Fixture fitting, with integral safety interlock on/off switch, recesses into busway for minimum profile US Patent # B1 Surface Busway Sections 8' 12' 120V Surface Busway Sections are used in conjunction with an End Feed, End Cap and a variety of Joiner/Feeders to form busway runs and configurations. Busway Section lengths are 8 foot (2.4m) and 12 foot (3.7m) which are field cuttable. For two circuit busway, an inner and an outer T is not necessary. Circuits can be field terminated only. Note that in the one circuit version, a inner and an outer X must be ordered and must be used directly opposite each other when used in a configuration so that busbar continuity is maintained. For two circuit busway, an inner and an outer is not necessary.
