It is possible to cut steel plates of a material thickness up to 100 mm. An extreme powerful permanent magnet guarantees a constant feed also while cutting difficult shapes. The magnet rolls (sampling) have different diameter (8, 10, 15 and 20 mm). So it is possible to produce different cutting pieces by exchanging the magnet roll. 12 IK-72T The IK-72 is a portable automatic cutting machine for all positions (Three dimensional). There are three different types of rails. The 1 D rail made of aluminum allows cutting of even surfaces. The cutting system 2 D/3 D made of hard rubber with flexible steel pipes in the inside allows cuts in the second and third dimension. All rails feature magnetic holder which enable cuts in vertical and horizontal position. 13 IK-05 Lug-Cut The IK-05 Lug-Cut is a portable cutting machine for cutting lifting brackets. The machine is used everywhere where large plate- and construction parts are equipped with lifting brackets for transportation (e.g. bridge and ship building). The feed results from a unique spring drive so the machine does not need any power supply. The curved cutting nozzles allow a separating cut of the lifting brackets very close to the work piece without hurting it. The separated lifting brackets can be reused.
