2 2 Introduction Pet-tek International Ltd has been manufacturing quality pet doors since The Catwalk and Dogwalk ranges of pet doors have been designed to eliminate problems commonly associated with other brands of pet doors. These problems have included broken flaps, noisy flaps, broken locking dials and flaps with openings too small to accommodate larger cats. With it s extensive range there is a pet door to suit every application, whether it is required for a wall, door or glass installation. If you are concerned about unwanted pets intruding into your home, then the Catwalk multimagnetic could be the solution. These are maintenance free as they do not require batteries and are available in wood fitting and glass fitting models. We are proud to say that our products are manufactured from the best materials supplied by Bayer of Germany, a world leader in polymer technology and animal health pharmaceuticals. The selection of Bayer Makrolon Polycarbonate for our cat flaps is a material which is used in the manufacture of aircraft windows and bullet proof vests where material strength is vital to performance. As a company we are proud of our ongoing commitment to the environment, therefore ninety five percent (95%) of the components in our products are recyclable. We are in regular contact with our distributors, retailers and importantly the pet door installers to ensure that we refine our products if necessary for the end user. This door can be upgraded to a multi-magnetic at a later date. There is no door removal required, simply install a Catwalk upgrade kit, by removing the cover, and inserting the kit into the slots provided and replace the cover.
