Four pneumatic wheels provide easy jobsite mobility. Designed for one-man s transport, setup and operation. Two pulling speeds 75 fpm and 150 fpm, in forward and reverse. High speed for light cable, low speed for heavy cable. 7 Cable Pullers H400-CF HIS CABLE FEEDER is designed to be an easy-touse, lightweight cable-pulling assist. HIS CABLE-FEEDER is not designed for multiple small cables. It is designed for larger single cable or multiple cables bundled in one jacket. Cable-Grip is performed by compression of concave wheels. Maximum pulling capacity is 400 Lbs. Pulling force is created by means of a powered belt wrapped around drive wheels. Lower (3) wheels are drive wheels, upper 3 wheels are idler wheels (nonpowered). All wheels are concave. Quadrant Blocks can be used underground, at vault rim or in cable tray. The multi-sheave unit is available in 3, 5 and 7 widths and 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 and 60 radius. As the center sheave is adjusted, the bend radius is also adjusted. 18 Radius Available in 5 or 7 Widths (3) Alloy Aluminum Sheaves 5-Ton Capacity Powder-Coated Steel Frame HIS Hook Block is a 3-sheave unit with an adjustable center sheave. As the center sheave is adjusted, the bend radius is also adjusted. Placing the center sheave at the lowest position creates a 36 bend radius and a 120 degree bend angle, resulting in a less sharp angle. Placing the center sheave at the middle position creates a 24 bend radius at a 105 degree angle. Placing the center sheave at the top position creates an 18 bend radius at a 90 degree bend angle. HIS Hook Blocks are used for guiding cable as required and typically not used for pulling cable around 90 degree bends. 25

HIS Hook Sheaves are available in 3, 5, 7 and 8 widths and are available with alloy aluminum, alloy aluminum with Chromoly steel center or Nylatron. HIS Sheaves are 356-alloy aluminum heat-treated to T6 hardness. 14, 22 and 26 diameter sheaves have a 3.75 extra-deep cable well. HIS Hook Sheaves feature CROSBY hooks with a safety latch.
