39 Remove Rear Lock Bolt Left Hand Threads CAUTION: Left Hand Threads

40 Remove Shaft Sleeves & Thrust Collars WARNING: Key/Pin may be loose and fall out unnoticed

41 Remove Set Screw From Front & Rear Bearing Housings

42 Note: Some heat on the bearing housing may be used to assist with the removal of the bearing Slide Out Bearing From Front & Rear Bearing Housings

43 Remove Adjusting Washers from Rear Bearing Housing Only Measure and Record Thickness and Quantity

44 Measure & Record Balance Groove Inside & Outside Diameters

45 Measure & Record Impeller Rear Wear Ring Inside & Outside Diameters

46 Measure & Record Impeller Front Wear Ring Outside Diameter

47 Measure & Record Pump Case Wear Ring Inside Diameter

51 Pump Reassembly Insure that work space is clean Clean & dry all components Inspect all components Megger check motor Check resistance of windings

54 Install Bearing Into Front & Rear Bearing Housings Flat washer must be installed as shown V-Grooves must be located on outside end

55 Install Set Screw Into Front & Rear Bearing Housings Make Sure Bearing Is Seated When Tightening Set Screw Do not over tighten set screw
