FIG.C route harness 3 Using the supplied velcro and zip ties, secure the PCV above the front right shock tower between the body panels and the frame/air box as shown in Figure C. PCV Make sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching. 4 Route the main harness up and rearward along the air box and body panel towards the ECU as shown in Figure C. 4 FIG.D 5 Route the ground lug downward and attach the ground lug to the chassis bolt located in front of the exhaust silencer as shown in Figure D. FIG.E 6 Reaching in behind the ECU, locate and unplug the large 34-pin connector. The photo in Figure E was taken with the cowling removed to make installation easier, but is not required. 5 FIG.G 8 Route the remaining leg of the PCV harness inward towards the engine. 9 Reaching in from the clutch side, locate and unplug the 2-pin injector connectors as shown in Figure G. FIG.H 10 Attach the connectors from the PCV harness to the injector connectors as shown in Figure H. Attach the blue and green paired wires to the MAG cylinder. Attach the orange and yellow paired wires to the PTO cylinder. 11 Using the supplied zip ties, secure the PCV harness where desired in the engine compartment. 12 Replace the clutch guard, side panels, and hood. 13 Insert the CD provided into your computer. 6 EFI Tuning with PCV The Power Commander makes fueling changes off of the numbers in the map stored in the Power Commander. The snowmobile Power Commanders are shipped with a Zero Map. With a Zero Map, the snowmobile will run the stock fueling programmed in the ECU. When a map is loaded into the Power Commander, the snowmobile will be fueled according to the numbers in the map. The Power Commander does not make changes to the ECU programming. The numbers in the Power Commander map add fuel in addition to what the ECU is injecting for a particular condition. The allowable range of effective values to place into the fuel table will be from 0 to 20. Placing a larger value in the fuel table will add more fuel than a smaller number. A value of 20 in the table is adding the maximum amount of available fuel. Mapping alterations may be necessary if operating the machine throughout varying elevations. Dynojet s LCD- 200 is a color touch screen display capable of displaying all PC data and AFR if you are using the Wideband 2. The LCD-200 is capable of logging data including TP, RPM, fuel change, AFR, and two analog signals input into the PCV. In addition, the LCD-200 provides the ability to perform in-field fuel adjustments to the Low, Mid, and High RPM ranges of the map. The LCD-200 uses a standard SD card (1GB or smaller) to store data.
