2 About Comfort Aire is a metal working company with 20 years experience. The company started as a backyard diffuser and grille maker in 1980, employing in total of not more than 10 people. Over the time, we have our proven ourselves as one of the most reliable supplier in the market, both in term of commitment in service and quality of product. In 1990, Comfort Aire was registered as a limited corporation (Perseroan Terbatas), which also marked its confident to venture to a wider range of product and services related to the business. Today, PT Comfort Aire employs more than 50 personnel, not including contracted workers. We are proud in our capabilities in providing high quality Air Distribution Products, and other metal forming works. To ensure the fulfilment of customer s requirements, Comfort Aire continuously expand its production facilities. Installation of Electrostatic Powder Coating facility was complete in mid 90 s. The latest additional equipment includes various sizes of CNC Press brakes, CNC Shearing Machines, CNC Turret Punching Machines, Spiroduct machine, CNC Cut To Length, TDC and TDF Roll Forming, and CNC Plasma Cutting. Pressure reduction box, damper, etc. We use Aluminum and steel as the material. Available in natural color and paint protection, the color as request. It can be used to secure a distribution of air and suited for installation onto walls and ceiling. Damper, plenum box, flexible duct, etc. Available in steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. Steel grilles are protected with paint, powder coating ( the color as request), etc. Dimensions: The pictures show some of our product. Almost all of the grilles are square and rectangular but another shape as special request could be ordered.

6 Grille S type GRILLE Application, material, accessories and dimension are same as the other grille type but the grille S type has special shape and it had used in luxury house. Jet Diffuser Jet diffuser used to supply air farther than side diffuser. It usually used in hall or ballroom (large room) which need farther air throw. 7 Damper Round Damper Volume Control Damper DAMPER Damper used to adjust the volume of air flow into a ducting system. Damper actuator : motor, gear, manual adjuster. We use mild steel 1.2mm with zinc chromate. For the special request available in Galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. The size from (100x100)mm up to (2400x1200)mm or round damper Non Return Damper NON RETURN DAMPER Non Return Damper is one way air flow, used to relief air through an exhaust fan and shut off while the fan stopped. Adjustable counter weight to maintain a positive pressure of the room. We use Extruded aluminum frame and aluminum sheet for the blade with 0.6 mm thickness wall mounted NRD. Or mild steel frame and galvanized iron sheet blade for duct mounted NRD. The size from (150x150)mm up to (2400x1200)mm.

8 Fusible link FIRE DAMPER Application : Fire damper used to stop the air flow. In normal condition, the damper is held open by the fusible link. In case of fire, the fusible link will melt at 74 o C and the damper close. We use mild steel with 1,2 mm thickness and coated with zinc chromate. The dimension could adapted with requirement Damper with diameter 0.6 m Damper with diameter 2.5 m DAMPER These Dampers are used as a valve to flow or stop the hot air. These were used in Batam, Indonesia for the tin manufacturing. We use mild steel with 10 to 20 mm thickness and coated with paint which can used at 600 o Celsius. 9 Elbow ELBOW Elbow used to distribute the flow of fluids in the corner which connected to ducting. Socket or flange for duct connecting. Available in zinc alum, stainless steel, mild steel, galvanized iron sheet, etc. The shape of hole which flow the air can be round or rectangular and the size as request Spiro Duct Square Duct DUCT Duct to be used in air conditioning and ventilation system, as air transfer/ air passages. Galvanized iron steel, mild steel or stainless steel, with 0.4mm minimum thickness depend on function. The dimension is adaptable. rectangular, round or spiro duct are the variety of duct shapes. System : TDF (Flange), Lockformed, sock or welded. Thinner material is used for spiro duct than rolled round duct, resulting stronger and lighter ducting system with less joint, because of longer pieces.

11 Cable Ladder Cable Tray CABLE LEADER/TRAY These products used to support cable or pipe and make them regular. Hanger beam, bracket mounting, angle bracket, hanger plate, etc. These products shall be made from corrosion resistant metal, metal with corrosion resistant finish, or metal with protected against corrosion by being coat with paint or powder coating. 12 Oil Tank Water Tank TANK The tank used to storage the oil or water. This is not pressure tank. This product used mild steel or stainless steel. This tank is our special product which adapted with enquire both shape and size.

13 Grease Trap GREASE TRAP The Grease trap generally used to separate the grease from the water. To keep the water hygienist, we use the stainless steel 304 which could prevent the corrosion or we can use the aluminum. The thickness could adapted with enquiry. KITCHEN HOOD (Wall type without fresh air) KITCHEN HOOD Kitchen Hood generally used in Hotels or restaurants for removing impurities and excess heat with a high degree of grease filtration as well as providing comfortable and hygienic working conditions. Standard material stainless steel 304 2B or BA, thickness 0,8 ~ 1,5 mm. Also aluminum, zinc alum are avaiable. 14 Camera Housing CAMERA HOUSING Camera Housing used to put the camera inside and it usually outdoor camera so it must protect the camera from rain (water) or sun light. It is usually used in big field, factory, supermarket to watch the situation. We use mild steel with 1.2 mm thickness and coated with powder coating. The dimension and shape adapted with requirement. Fan Cup FAN CUP Fan Cap used as air ventilation on outside wall and prevent rain water coming in We use mild steel 0,8 mm thickness,electro static powdercoating finish. Aluminum, stainless steel also available. The dimension and shape could be adapted to match the requirement. Plenum Box PLENUM BOX Plenum Box Plenum box is designed to reduce the pressure or collect the air from the air conditioner then distribute this to diffuser or other accessories. Shut off damper could be added to the inlet spigot. Available in galvanized iron sheet with Styrofoam insulation. Almost all of the shape of plenum box as picture and the size can be adapted to the request.
