Every function and every component was specially developed for maximum safety and the best user experience. Smart sensor solutions allow exact positioning, simplified installation and more. As the operator, you are in full control all the time via the system display. When we created ICS, we concentrated on safety. Add SecureLock and you have the world's safest quick coupler lock. The control system comes in three different solution packages: the basic version, with rotor sensor and with SecureLock TM. All to suit your own particular functionality requirements. 4 Smart, user-friendly functions HOME POSITIONS WITH SENSORS This function allows the machine to remember the tiltrotator's position (tilt and rotation). The operator can return to the stored position during operation at the touch of a button. This streamlines the excavation cycle and improves overall economy. SIMPLE INSTALLATION To further improve the tiltrotator's capabilities, we developed an automatic calibration system that optimizes the tiltrotator to the machine's hydraulics. CONTROL The tiltrotator is controlled by a proprietary control system using CAN BUS technology to provide the greatest possible precision when operating the tiltrotator. LED LAMP PROVIDES BETTER VISIBILITY. The LED lamp lights up automatically for better visibility when changing tools, making tool changes fast, safe and easy. EASY MATERIAL SPREADING Adjustable pulse function spreads material evenly and quickly at the touch of a button.

The excavator is operated using the same handles that control the tiltrotator. Meets the standards for alternative steering (ISO 5010). 7 SecureLock, Sensors, RPS SAFE TOOL CHANGES WITH SECURELOCK TM SecureLock makes ICS the world's safest control system exceeds ISO The combined hydraulic, mechanical and electronic tool attachment makes you a safer, more confident operator. If the tool is incorrectly locked, the operator is immediately made aware through the display and an audible alert. The lock is simply controlled by pressing two buttons, leaving the operator's hands free throughout the tool change. ICS WITH ROTOR SENSORS Rotor sensors optimize hydraulic flow between the Rototilt and machine for best output. The result is better handling, lower fuel consumption and quicker calibration.
