2 MineDuct EP Ventilation s MineDuct Spiral is an extremely durable flexible ducting product used in negative pressure ventilation or as elbows in positive pressure ventilation systems. MineDuct is manufactured in diameters from 8 to 72 (200mm to 1800mm) in standard section lengths of 25ft (7.5 metres). The diameter of MineDuct and distance between the spiral wire helix (pitch) determine the negative pressure capacity. MineDuct is offered in a range of pitch options from 2 to 6 (50mm to 150mm).

MineVent is produced in standard diameters from 12 to 120 (300mm to 3050mm) in section lengths up to 1,640ft (500 metres). EP Ventilation s extensive line of PVC extrusion coated fabrics are designed and produced in -house to meet the demands of underground ventilation. Our PVC fabrics offer exceptional pressure capability, abrasion and tear resistance (see Fabric Specifications). Engineered Performances entire line of products meet international Flame Resistance standards such as NRC, DIN, MSHA. Anti -Static coated fabrics are also produced and certified to international standards for low surface resistivity as required by coal mines and gaseous tunnels. EP Ventilation s MineVent is complimented with a selection of hanging accessories and levelling wires for Drill & Blast mines and tunnels. Our fabric suspension design is integral to the MineVent and provides consistent linear support along the entire specified length. This design prevents sagging from weight and provides improved airflow as a result. TwinDuct is designed to replace MineVent round flexible ducting in tight headings that require additional headroom with maximum air flow. TwinDuct offers 20% improvement in headroom with its unique design that decreases damage to the ducting and allows engineers to maximize the size of underground equipment with out decreasing the size of ventilation ducting.
