Braids Separators Provide a complete seal between the lantern ring and the atmosphere. In this way, they ensure the preferred direction of the gas flow towards the tank. Optimizes the transmission of axial tightening across the whole length of the cartridge seal. In this way, the resultant radial force, a factor in sealing, is made homogeneous and effective across the entire length of the seals. The tightening needed to realize sealing is minimized, thus limiting the friction load and minimizing heating and wear. A metal part of which the shape and fit are designed to allow the injection of a gas, to direct and distribute it evenly around the sleeve. Dynamic clamping assembly Sleeve Gauge Braids Provide the seal between the lantern ring and the mixer tank. It provides a directional seal. The structure and material of the braided ring and the dimensional characteristics of the rings, combined with gas injection via the lantern ring, lead to the creation of an annular gas flow towards the tank, which prevents any migration of particles into the seals.
