5 Page 5 Main components Die set Cone-shaped die and pin Axial adjustable pin (or die) PTFE coating at the outlet area, reduces the beard development, better surface quality The die gap is designed in the middle of the dimension range of one QuickSwitch size. Low deforming stress of the melt tube.
