3 . NTRODUCTON The selected smart meterng equpment s descrbed n delverable D6.3.2 ( Selected supplers & nstallers of smart meterng devces ). The electrcty smart meterng equpment has already been nstalled on the plot buldngs, whereas the heat smart meterng equpment remans to be nstalled by the selected Contractor. When nstallaton of all equpment has been completed, ths report wll be updated. 2. NSTALLED SMART METERNG EQUPMENT 2. ELECTRCTY SMART METERNG 2.. Central electrcty meterng 5 central electrcty smart meterng systems were nstalled on the 5 plot buldngs man electrcal boards on 23/4/23. Each system ncluded a Stylts data logger and an ABB DMTME--485 dgtal electrcty meter. The relevant data acquston and processng software was provded to CRES and DUTH. For buldng S2, and addtonal ABB DMTME-485 electrcty meter was nstalled on 8/8/23 (ths was because part of the consumpton metered from the central board of buldng S2 corresponded to an adjacent ancllary buldng. Usng the dfference between the two meters the consumpton correspondng to buldng S2 only can be extracted). A delvery sheet was sgned by the Contractor (ScentAct SA) and DUTH Techncal servces, upon delvery and nstallaton of the equpment on the buldngs, and completon of the relevant tranng on data acquston and processng. The two sgned delvery sheets are ncluded n Appendx. Below s a photo of one of the buldngs man electrcal board, ncludng the nstalled equpment. The other four buldngs man electrcal board s dentcal.

4 A frst set of data from the nstalled equpment was downloaded n August 23. Appendx 2 ncludes a sample of electrcty profle graphs produced from the outputs of the meters obtaned so far, for each of the fve buldngs Room electrcty meterng 3 smart electrcty meterng systems, to provde electrcty meterng for 6 typcal rooms (3, 4, 39, 4, 38, 39) were nstalled n buldng S on 8/8/23. The relevant data acquston and processng software has been provded to CRES and DUTH. A delvery sheet was sgned by the Contractor (ScentAct SA) and DUTH Techncal servces, upon delvery and nstallaton of the equpment on the buldngs, and completon of the relevant tranng on data acquston and processng. The delvery sheet s ncluded n Appendx. 2.2 HEAT SMART METERNG All equpment to be used as part of the heat smart meterng strategy and general nformaton / awareness rasng (.e. space heatng smart meterng and controls for the 44 rooms of buldng S; central electrc hour-meters per burner for each of the fve buldngs; central DHW calorfc meters for the energy comng off the solar collectors for each buldng), has not been nstalled yet. All ths equpment forms part of the man plot refurbshment works, whch are now underway. When the equpment has been nstalled ths secton wll be updated.
