I am not an agent of Chrysler Group LLC, and my use of these materials does not make me an agent. I will display my dealership name prominently on all vehicles which bear these materials. B.) I will reimburse Chrysler Group LLC for any losses which it may suffer through my use of these materials, including any legal fees necessary for Chrysler Group LLC s defense. C.) I will display these materials only in a manner permitted by Chrysler Group LLC, and will not allow them to become torn, soiled, or otherwise not in good condition. D.) If my dealer agreement with Chrysler Group LLC is terminated for any reason (and not replaced with a new dealer agreement), I will immediately remove all of these materials. E.) I will not sell any vehicle with Mopar Dealer Identity Materials installed on it. I will remove these materials from any vehicle before I sell it. F.) I am only ordering logos that I am licensed to advertise as a franchise dealer.
